    If you’re honest with the reps, sets and workout choices, a Deck of Cards workout is truly miserable!😂

    But how is it possible, if you go all out on pull ups for 7 minutes, to do even more pullups on the way back? My pullup strength gives out like almost exponentially, until I get to a point when i'm really fried and I can do 1-2 pullups per set
