CHICKEN ROLLED TACOS / CRISPY TAQUITOS WITH SALSA

- Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make easy and delicious crispy chicken rolled tacos and a salsa I like to serve them with! it’s super easy and delicious and let’s not forget how much my kids enjoy it! Ingredients: makes 20 tacos
1 lb chicken
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 onion
6 tomatoes
3 jalapeños
1 bunch cilantro
Tortillas
Canola oil
Chicken bouillon
Salt and pepper
(Toppings: optional)
Lettuce with lime juice
Tomato
Crema mexicana
Queso cotija
1 serving of love 💕

Tip: place the cooked chicken in a large bowl and mix it wirh a hand held mixer to shred. You don't even have to wait for it to cool down. Surpise it actually shreds the chicken very well.

Let me tell you...I’m Puerto Rican Dominican married to a Mexican and I don’t know how many times I tried to make Mexican salsa and failed but thanks to you omg came out the best thanks so much my hubby happy lol

@@itsGrzli carribean dominicans don’t use spiciness that much.. so we don’t make salsa. It’s honestly mainly Mexicans who use a lot of spiciness in their cuisine.
@@sabrinaaa417 salsa depending on the dish isnt always spicy. Green salsa to me isn't spicy at all but to some it is. But regardless salsa is second nature to Mexicans, thats for sure

Oh my God Claudia I just made these taquitos today and they came out absolutely DELICIOUS. Restaurant quality flavor. Thank you so much for sharing this video. My salsa was spicy for me but when you put it over the taquitos it just added to the flavor. I barely felt it. My husband and kids all looked up as they crunched away at their tacos and just smiled. Every single one of them raved about how delicious they turned out. Thank you so much for helping this puertorican come out of her comfort zone and try something completely new and different. Finally someone who fries their taquitos instead of air frying. I just watched about three other videos where they did the whole process and then put them in the air fryer. I am all for the air fryer but not for my taquitos!

When I use toothpicks they don’t stay closed.. lol maybe I’m doing it wrong... my friends mom uses 3 tooth picks per taco & they’re hard to remove and makes it annoying to eat but they’re still good lol
