Crazy that it’s a 70 mph speed limit in downtown flint on 475! That’s unheard of in most bigger city downtowns.
70 is the bare minimum to not get run over some days, it feels like. Flint drivers are a whole different breed of crazy.

Nice to see interstate 475 in Flint Michigan. The road maintenance here needs some improvement though due to constant freezes and such. The use of salt is needed

Maintaining roads up there is difficult, with frequent freezing and thawing and much use of salt in the winter. Expansion joints breaking up and asphalt popping out are constant problems. MDOT, like many departments, allocates money based on city, county and township lines, so going from one to another, quality can change.

Did you notice when getting on I-475 south from i-75 the freeway was good, until...you hit the Flint city limits, then the freeway was terrible! How was your suspension, Mike, after going through that section?
I also noticed the freeway is in better condition after Mike left the Flint city limits.
I hydroplaned on this highway right at about 1:17 😫
