Hazel is precious. You are so talented. Molly, when you hold fingering double (on Jelly Roll), are you using two balls of yarn at the same time? As you mentioned using mini-skeins, I'm wondering how you hold it double. Take care!

One question… I knit your cozy comfort throw over Christmas with an Advent… but in the one you are doing now- you are holding one strand fingering weight with one strand mohair, and using a size 4 US needle? Is that right? Did you cast on the same number of stitches as the pattern??? I am loving this idea and want to do it with my sock leftovers!!😊
Molly, Hazel is adorable and won't Ruby be so surprised and happy. I have not knit any of those patterns, but I have done several toy patterns by Susan B Anderson. I am watching closely to see how you like the patterns in that book. I do have the book, but so far, have only read it and dreamed about doing one or two of the patterns. Is there a pattern for the blanket on the back of your couch? Love the colors in that one also.
Oh i do love dpn cozies. I have several and use always use them. They are quick to sew and a lovely gift for knitter friends. Your jelly roll blanket is so beautiful. Its really tempting to start one too 😅
Your garden plans with a stone path sounds wonderful! And so proud of you overcoming your driving anxiety and embracing the journey. Love your blanket motto “it’s just having enough minis to knit with.” 🤭 I’m working on two blankets and should put one away so I can play with your Advent minis in November.
Your daughter is absolutely going to love little Hazel!!! I have knit 4 of Cinthia Vallets animals and love love love them all. I knit them magic loop & find her patterns so well written and easy once you get into it. When you get the pattern and all those pages it can seem very overwhelming but just knit them and they magically transform into the cutest little things. Can't wait to see your Hazel finished. I love yellow, and I would love to see you bring back the lovely speckled yellow colorway you had last year. I've searched everywhere to find something similar for the last several months and nothing compares!! Most yellow yarns are warm and gold, but yours was cool and soft. It was just perfect. ♥ I've never done socks with a 50g skein, and I wear a size 39 - thank you for sharing your formula. I need to break out my dpns and a needle cozy now ;) I am looking forward to my first ever A Homespun House mini set. Enjoy your table runner!
I must admit, I'd never thought of knitting a table runner, only crocheting. I did get inspired by you to start a jelly roll blanket and I'm loving it. Again, I've never knitted a blanket bigger than a baby blanket so it's something fun and new for me. Thanks for the inspiration
