      Kristin Folden How long have you been member? when did you start noticing changes? did you have a radical change (weight loss/shredded body)?

      Annabelle H I have been a member for 9 months now. Following Zuzkas workouts everyday and her food journals/low carb diet I have put on lean muscle. Much more defined. Which was my goal in joining.

    I used to do reverse burpee’s two babies later, I’ve lost my touch, I’ll lose just a little more weight and practice will get me back .

    Thank you Zuzka! I could not keep up with you. I did complete all the exercises in over 5 minutes, less than 10 minutes. I was planning on doing this one twice, but I was unable to. I had to beginner modify all of the exercises. I can keep up with your 2012 videos, not your 2017, lol. Your evolution is amazing! :D Have a fabulous day!

    Love your stuff and energy. I have to modify due to knee pain and limited mobility there, but it's ok. you are such a beast, I am always inspired by you! I've been using your old 7 min. workout on my own for years, one of my favs to go back to. 👯💞💯

    I've been vaguely intending to try one of your workouts for ages, and I finally did it - it's fun! I'm super out of shape but I really enjoy your approach, thanks for sharing so much for free (I can't afford to join ZGym yet but I will definitely consider it once I have regular income. :)

    Loved this workout! I had to break it in half .. 10 sets ( 5/5 ), 20 sets (10/10) .. but .. got through it !!!!

    If i keep pulling abductor during any kind of backward lung, should i stretch it more prior? After it heels of course

    Zuzka light Would you recommend some brands of protein or creatine to not get too tired?

      I take my own Pre-Workout Protein Blend with Botanical Fat Burner. It also acts as an energy drink. You'll feel burst of energy shortly after you drink it and you can do your workout almost right away. It's very low in calories so I actually make smoothies with it.     I can't get the reverse burpees. I have to use my hand to stand up! lol What do I need to work so I can get it?

      Strong core in order not to use your hand consistency would get you there

    Rock star jump burpees with pushup, 10 reps
    Commando pushups with knee tuck, 10 reps
    Knee hugs, 20 reps
    Reverse burpees, 10 reps
    Alternating backward lunge with a jump squat, 10 reps
