Hey I know this is a really old video anyone know if you can carry on with the games after winning the autumn fair to double the winnings on the spinning wheel (haven’t watched the video through yet just been trying to find someone who might reply)

I'm not sure whether I understood you correctly, but if by "winning the autumn fair" you mean wining some tokens from Lewis for your grange display -- then yes, you can carry on. The festival doesn't end once the display is reviewed. You can continue playing mini-games and gambling. Don't forget to take the things you put onto the display back to your inventory!
(I realize that this comment is nine months old you probably already have an answer, but I'm replying nevertheless, maybe someone else is looking for a similar info)

Do I permanently lose items if I leave them in the grange display at the fair? I left my treasure chest, prismatic shard (first one)and iridium quality fish
