  • Today we are doing a 1 HOUR FULL BODY PREGNANCY WORKOUT! This is the longest workout I have ever put up! We do a little of all pregnancy exercises: warm up, cardio, strength, pilates and stretches! Optional dumbbells for this workout, but you can also do it with just water bottles or no weights at all! I hope you feel amazing after this 60 minute pregnancy workout!

    That was a killer, at least for a 36+3 week pregnant lady living in California with 95F outside! 😅
    I loved it and it felt like not rushed at all, with space for pre and post stretches and a little bit of everything.

    Please make more long workouts!! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed 60 min. LOVED this workout! It almost felt shorter because it was a smooth pace--but of course, challenging too! I am about 7 months along and feel so healthy! Thank you so much. :)

    37w +3d ftm and feels great to be doing this! I’ve been doing your workout videos almost everyday for the past 3 months! Occasionally from 14 weeks and around 20 weeks, then regularly from about 22 weeks!
    It has been truly helpful in giving me energy & strength, and I think it prevented back pain or other pains you get from pregnancy.
    Your videos are amazing, and your bright smiles in workouts helped me feel better every time. Thank you so much Jessica! Will continue to do it until the bub arrives and postpartum!

    I crushed it! Never thought at 31 weeks when I finally had the time to start taking care of myself that at 33 weeks and 4 days I would be doing this 60 min workout. So glad I found this channel. Has made a huge difference to my pregnancy health and birth hopes.

    I made it all the way to the end, thanks Jessica! The water breaks were very well-timed and I think 60-minute workouts are great: legs, arms, cardio and stretching 👏💪

    If anyone is feeling intimidated by it being a longer workout, don’t! It’s paced so perfectly. I’ll admit I paused a few times for a couple extra sips of water or when my arms started burning but went right back in with ease. Definitely give it a shot! I’m 29w5d currently, loved this workout♥️

    love these workouts!!!! thank you so much, LOVE how you sneak in working on the pelvic floor, as a labor and delivery nurse I know how important this is!! great moderate intensity but not too much as my belly gets bigger! would love specific videos to help with low and upper back pain due to large belly and bust with pregnancy, maybe you have them already and just haven't seen them yet! will continue to use your videos the test of this pregnancy! this is my 5th baby, wish I would have found you sooner! thank you!

    That last affirmation hit hard. Been feeling kind of down lately, especially today, about gaining more weight than I would like. It reminded me to accept and love myself as I am and that I'll continue to try and take good care of myself and baby.

    These longer work outs which are a combination of cardio and pregnancy yoga are the best.

    I cursed it and I want more haha. The 1st trimester was tough because I was tired and nauseated. I'm in the 2nd trimester now and I feel the energy coming back. Thanks for your videos. They're great👍🏻

    Absolutely LOVED this! Really appreciate having a full hours class as there aren’t that many on UA-cam and I’m finding that where I would normally go to the gym to do a class or workout, my energy levels and sickness are unpredictable so I often have to cancel classes last minute (and still pay for them), so it’s great to feel like you’re getting a proper workout at home. Would it be possible to maybe talk about the benefits of some of the movements during pregnancy? I love hearing advice and tips for our overall well-being, especially during this time, it’s just great to know what’s good for your body and baby :) many many thanks! X

    Crushed it! 33+6 and was curious if I could do it. It's weird how our brains try to tell us what we are capable of and it's nowhere near what our bodies can actually accomplish.
    Had no excuse not to.. The kids are napping and somehow the kitchen is still clean so I went for it! Better than sitting watching videos until the last minute then cramming in a 20 minute workout just because it's short!
    We went on a road trip over the weekend and it felt like I could just not recover from the stiffness and this really helped me . I needed this workout today, Thank you!

    I just completed the workout at 39w4d - only left out the Kegel’s, but didn’t really modify much else. I am so proud of myself, didn’t think I had it in me 😅 Now let’s hope this gets things moving 😉

    Crushed it at 39+2 weeks, loved the longer one but only have time during weekends for it, weekdays are more hectic so 30 minutes for weekdays are perfect in my view, love all your workouts!

    Thank you for the great workout! I love the longer ones very much and thank you for your effort! The only question I have, if you could tell us what a modification is for the exercises which contains splits/lunges. I have symphysis loosening and am in a lot of pain if my legs split. I was hoping that you could tell us the modified versions there. Thank you in advance and nice weekend!

    Very helpful in general is all exercises.
    The only suggestion/reccomendation is to make it one idea slower and easier and realistic for women with huge belly. For early pregnancy is okay, but for later or big part is even dangerous with this speed and flexibiloty shown here.

Some days I need to go for the 20 to 30 minutes, but for at least 4 days a week I love the feeling of the longer work out. I feel more energetic and less tight.
