The last couple minutes of the video turns to a green screen for some people but the audio is still there, so please listen all the way through!
God bless you Stefan!! Thank you for that story, it really did teach me something
15:11 is it me or did it turn green
Thanks for bringing this to my attention
Great video. You have one of the best professional career stories I’ve ever heard of. I’m trying to get back to 100% from a knee injury right now. Just the motivation I needed.
The amount/type of training in the American college system is ridiculous. I had to stop playing because I was made to do exercises I had no experience with then add that to the difficulty of being a “student athlete”. Thank you for sharing your story
Son I know what are you talking about regarding bulging disc or herniated disc. I can't imagine how much could painful to travel for 6-8 hours sitting on that conditions....even now you always remain alert for your back. Continue your stretching and inversion bench routine. Guys avoid medicine even if I know you want to play. Because you may not feel pain but things may get worse in the meantime. Better to stay calm for a few months than to have to stop playing forever.
What an amazing video, I'm going through massive injury myself it really helped me. One of the best histories i've heard, i hope you won t stop there and not only stay at pro level but you will move up to even bigger teams.👑👑 I would love to see video that you mentioned you might do about style of coaching in college s .💪💪
I had a similar injury, although your case was a lot more severe. Inversion therapy which is called traction therapy where im from was thankfully one of the first treatments offered to me and worked wonders for me. Happy to see someone else that recovered from such an injury.
I have a knee injury l sprained my knee a year ago and l am 11 how long should l take of
Respect for not just giving up, a lot of people would
Absolutely amazing man! love this story.

Man can't imagine that pain feel bad for you but finally you got your goal proud man😊
So sorry to here about the injury 😔
Dude I have something almost exactly the same as this, I’m about ready to call my career quits man. I’m so close to playing professionally.
Jessie E how's it going
@@calebwood1187 on and off. Still not playing. Just therapy and rest.
13:30 turned green
Hello, I want someone to train children for soccer
Amen ,🙏
I am currently having back pain in my lower back but it doesn’t hurt my leg do you think you can diagnose it and tell me how long I should take off. Watching this video really mad me scared because I just got a scholarship to a soccer team and I don’t wanna get injured like you did and I am 14 any help? I don’t lift weights either
If you have lower back pain, rest until it recover. After that training your core and glute, glute is so underrated when it come to lower back pain.
never ignore glute and core
C208郑阳东 yeah I work on those everyday usually I’m just scared that what happens to stef will happen to me
I highly recommend going to see a doctor and get an MRI if they suggest. And like previously said, core strength is extremely important. That's the one thing I forgot to mention in this video. I worked on my core a lot during my recovery.
Stefan Mueller thank you for the response
