As a left back, what could I do (as a winger) to make your life difficult?
Cut off the passing lane from the center back to the left back to keep that player out of the build up. Also anticipate and press hard to force the left back to take his touch backwards and so he has to play back to his keeper or center back. Dont let him beat you easily along the line by over pressuring . You need to be in sync with you full back so he knows what man to press when you cut off a passing lane. Usually will lead to a forced pass down the middle that you or teammates can steal.
Anton That’s brilliant advice seriously thank you
CN 10 hope it helps good luck!!
