    Great video, lucky to have started playing again. Recovery is such an important part to becoming a better player and preforming at your best ability and so many people neglect it.     When you would train individually as a like a teen, how many recovery days would you have a week?? And what type of nutrition would you recommend on recovery days? Keep up the great vids too!!

      1-2, on recovery days lower carbs and eat more protein and good fats
