    1. Obviously... practice, practice, practice
    2. Awkward moments are inevitable with practicing social skills- but it's still beneficial
    3. So long as you continue getting into social situations that make you uncomfortable, eventually they will stop feeling uncomfortable
    4. Approaching people in places that you frequently visit is the best way to make friends
    5. Much of this can only be garnered through socialization not study
    6. You have to understand the social norms of the situation
    7. loneliness is far worse than a temporary awkward situation
    8. Whatever mood your currently in, is generally amplified when you get into a social situation- use that to your advantage
    9. People adopt the energy of those around them
    10. Most people automatically visualize situations such as social encounters going terribly
    11. Try to manually visualize a better outcome
    12. The thing is, going into a social encounter with the expectation of failure, will cause you to be awkward
    13. Envisioning success will cause you to come across more confident
    14. Don't shock anyone you're approaching
    15. A lot of this depends on your personality
    16. Don't look at someone or touch someone in a weird way
    17. Touch is very important
    18. Only fist bump on first encounter
    19. Be careful with touch
    20. Some sort of touch is important to ending a conversation
    21. When it goes wrong, you can usually turn it into a joke of some sort
    22. You need to discover what works for you
    23. Compliments help out a lot with social skills
    24. The right compliment to use varies based on situation and person (both who you are, and who you're complimenting)
    25. People love to talk about themselves
    26. Talk in terms of the other persons interests
    27. People love to be called by their names- it holds their attention
    28. When it comes to remembering names, associated facts about a person with their name when you meet them
    29. When it comes to smiling, it's best not to fake it, it should be genuine- you still can fake it, but it's not ideal
    30. Smiling is just a symptom of being happy, it puts people at ease
    31. So you should cultivate that feeling of happiness to feel happy
    32. The path to cheerfulness, if you are not currently cheerful, is to simply act cheerful
    33. For example, even if you're not
    34. Whatever we think our body responds to. So when you need to cultivate that feeling of happiness, think about your ideal lifestyle or old happy memories. It's like what happens when you remember something that irritates you and you get angry.
    35. This is why visualization is so important, your body reacts to your mind
    36. So to smile properly, literally just visualize yourself being happy
    37. First impressions are very important as to how people see you
    38. Don't make negative affirmations that lower your self-image, instead make positive ones that boost your self-image
    39. You will become more like the person you see yourself
    40. A great self image is the secret to good body language
    41. Your default body language is a symptom to how well other areas in your life are going
    42. An absence of stuttering and being able to speak coherently even in complicated situations is a part of confidence
    43. The biggest reason people have bad posture is because of endless amounts of social media, videogames, TV, etc.. that induces bad posture
    44.

Come on brothers continue the tips even if you are helping with one
38.people will friend you faster if you have a common interest.
39.if the person you are talking to constantly look around and not at you they peobably dont want to talk to you.
40.if u see someone in need of any kind of help, spot in gym, droped something on the ground, cant lift something, does something wrong, step in and help it will always be apreciated

I have Aspergers, a form of autism. My life is lonely as f*ck, I have no friends and all the friends I have had in the past, abandon me after a short while. It sucks. Family tell me I need to be happy with who I am. I refuse, like Hamza says, feeling awkward is a hell of a lot better than being lonely.
The loneliness makes me mentally and physically sick. 5 minutes of conversation with a stranger can make the rest of my day feel like I have won the lottery. Not many people would believe this, but when nobody wants to be your friend or spend time with you, a little human interaction can be life changing.

This is very needed for me. I was shy and socially awkward my whole life and I thought it would be different by the time I‘m grown up. Now I’m nearly 21 and still very shy and awkward around new people, which makes it very very hard for me to find a job, a gf or new friends. You can be as smart as you want, if you don’t have social skills you are pretty much fucked in this world. My (social) anxiety has complete control over me and I don’t wanna live like that anymore. Also very important thing: to make basic talk not awkward you should have an aesthetic body. If you're a skinny guy with braces (yea that's me, trying to improve that) then everyone will consider you strange and will cut the convo as fast as they can, with something like: "I have to go to bathroom" or randomly starting talking to other person around. And yes, it all relates to me. I'm only fourteen so in two years of workout I will surely have better body and be much more attractive. But for now, I will stay focused on myself, because that's the first step to everything.

Thank you so much Hamza. You've helped me grow quite a lot. I'm taking a huge step back from social media and watching movies, so probably this will be the last video I watch from you and from youtube. I've seen a lot of your videos and applied almost everything I learned. It's time for me to focus on my last two years in school because these will determine my future. Hopefully with all your knowledge and advices I will do great and will become rich and make my family proud. I'm also working out hard every day. I have one very close friend. I am very grateful for him. we workout together. He is very good at chess but I'm really stupid at it. So I'm taking up chess as my new hobby and way of having fun in my free time since I don't watch movies like I used to do anymore. Thank you so much Hamza from the depths of my heart. After I post this comment my journey will begin. I will be doing the hard work especially when I don't feel like it all the time.

I hate to admit this but before the lockdowns I was in adonis mode. Slowly the lack of gym and outside activities gave me the opportunity to become Jeffry again. Now it's 2022 and I feel like I'm fighting to get myself back. The momentum waa everything I notice.

Changing to longer videos with more value in them rather than more videos with mostly the same statements was one of the best things I witnessed on this channel so far. I'm not a member for very long tho, maybe for like 5 months? At max 6 months.
    Thank you brother!

I never realised how much of an impact being grateful could have on my life. I thought of all the stuff I was grateful for whilst doing a run in the freezing cold and wet and it literally got me through the run and beyond what I'd set out to do. It's overpowered.

To anyone looking to find a good community of people in High School, joining the cross country team has been one of the best choices I have ever made it my life. Not only will you get insainly fit, but you are also running with and getting to know kids that have enough disaplin to run forty mile weeks with you. Also, in my experience there is never an expectation to go partying/drink/drugs, because it undoes all of you hard work pretty quickly.

Hey Hamza, if you started reading this please read the full comment. I used to watch anime, and can agree with a lot of people that it has lifted me up and changed my life in a positive way. I watched it on and off throughout my life but did not become a casual/ binge watched until Covid started. None of the people I called friends were really there for me and I didn’t have a good enough relationship with my family to just talk to them. I was in a shithole place in my life at that point and anime filled the empty hole I had in my heart. It has adult material, but is put out in a childish way where everyone can enjoy it. I understand why people would fight for it, but I also have outgrown anime. I am not Japanese so it’s not a cultural thing for me to like anime, and I’m no longer in a hole where it can fill my heart. I want to be a better person and I get your message bro. It’s wasting your time when you know you no longer need it. The closest example I can give you is that it’s like what weed was to you at one point but to me it was anime. It just makes you feel good for a little bit then you realize that you are still not where you want to be and you become sad again. I think you shitting on anime is not wrong at all. People just need to realize that them watching anime and playing video games is wasting their life which they could use to become the main character of their actual lives instead of being npcs
