I hope this format and editing never changes.. Unlike most self improvement brothers, this style is not motivating (which is fleeting) but it inspires change in ones life.. Hamza's breakdown and comparison of the aidonis from the Jeffery is so relatable and timeless.. Hamza videos will truly stand the test of time💪🏾
Taking notes while watching this helps a lot. I'm gonna take a break now after 50 minutes of watching, I'll review my notes 1 more time and then come back later and try to remember what I had written down.
These videos is where the real value comes from. World class content. Actually teaching young men basic stuff, the ‘hidden’ secrets etc. Well done Hamza, and thankyou
Also very important thing: to make basic talk not awkward you should have an aesthetic body. If you're a skinny guy with braces (yea that's me, trying to improve that) then everyone will consider you strange and will cut the convo as fast as they can, with something like: "I have to go to bathroom" or randomly starting talking to other person around. And yes, it all relates to me. I'm only fourteen so in two years of workout I will surely have better body and be much more attractive. But for now, I will stay focused on myself, because that's the first step to everything.
Honestly Hamza, I was originally a bit hairy on the short form content being uploaded to the Hamza Unflitered, but these longplay videos are highly well made and very benefiicial as a whole. I appreciate you are still giving dedication to this main channel. Thanks for all your help Hamza.
Hey Hamza I’ve been on a four day type of dopamine detox where the only time I use my electronics it’s school related and the only type of virtual entertainment is your videos and instantly after the first two days I noticed my mood was better, I was better with people and I’ve even started a relationship with a female who I thought was unattainable. Self improvement really does help prior to this I’ve probably been lifting weights for a year now and am pretty happy with my physique (5’9 160lbs 15% body-fat) and I hope to be 180 lbs by this time next year. Thank you!
Hey Hamza I'm going on a dophamine detox so I'm gonna stop social media and instant gratification activities. Your videos have really helped me but I think it's time I now fully 100% indulge in self-imporvement. I guess I'll cya. Stay strong boys💪

You're an inspiration Hamza and I really hope your message reaches far and wide across the world.
To anyone looking to find a good community of people in High School, joining the cross country team has been one of the best choices I have ever made it my life. Not only will you get insainly fit, but you are also running with and getting to know kids that have enough disaplin to run forty mile weeks with you. Also, in my experience there is never an expectation to go partying/drink/drugs, because it undoes all of you hard work pretty quickly.
Hey Hamza, if you started reading this please read the full comment. I used to watch anime, and can agree with a lot of people that it has lifted me up and changed my life in a positive way. I watched it on and off throughout my life but did not become a casual/ binge watched until Covid started. None of the people I called friends were really there for me and I didn’t have a good enough relationship with my family to just talk to them. I was in a shithole place in my life at that point and anime filled the empty hole I had in my heart. It has adult material, but is put out in a childish way where everyone can enjoy it. I understand why people would fight for it, but I also have outgrown anime. I am not Japanese so it’s not a cultural thing for me to like anime, and I’m no longer in a hole where it can fill my heart. I want to be a better person and I get your message bro. It’s wasting your time when you know you no longer need it. The closest example I can give you is that it’s like what weed was to you at one point but to me it was anime. It just makes you feel good for a little bit then you realize that you are still not where you want to be and you become sad again. I think you shitting on anime is not wrong at all. People just need to realize that them watching anime and playing video games is wasting their life which they could use to become the main character of their actual lives instead of being npcs
This is quite true, though I have a single anime film that basically sums up my life, except I'm not at the part (in my life) were the MC, overcomes his social anxiety, etc
Dont keep watching the video unless you have done the following (note for myself) Before saying hi to someone, visualize the situation going good in your head
Hamza, I am grateful for the work you're putting out. You're the reason I set out on this journey in the first place. I am taking the steps in this road, but it was you who opened the door and showed me the way. Thank you.

Hamza's breakdown and comparison of the aidonis from the Jeffery is so relatable and timeless.. Hamza videos will truly stand the test of time💪🏾
I've lost close to 40lbs since I discovered you, and I've found that I've became way more confident. It really does help to build the body.
Hamza is the big brother we all wish we had ❤

Also very important thing: to make basic talk not awkward you should have an aesthetic body. If you're a skinny guy with braces (yea that's me, trying to improve that) then everyone will consider you strange and will cut the convo as fast as they can, with something like: "I have to go to bathroom" or randomly starting talking to other person around. And yes, it all relates to me. I'm only fourteen so in two years of workout I will surely have better body and be much more attractive. But for now, I will stay focused on myself, because that's the first step to everything.
Yeah that's the spirit, always stay focused on yourself and most importantly never lose hope. I'm pretty sure you'll achieve what you want in no time.
Yeah, I'm trying to better myself too good luck there's no limit to what you can achieve you got this 🙏🙏💯
Good mindset at 14 bro you'll have a massive head start
Honestly Hamza, I was originally a bit hairy on the short form content being uploaded to the Hamza Unflitered, but these longplay videos are highly well made and very benefiicial as a whole. I appreciate you are still giving dedication to this main channel. Thanks for all your help Hamza.
Haha we have the biggest dutch self improvement discord server and we have monthly meetups and i have made very good friends from it
Hello guys I am new on my youtube journey and I would love to see your reviews on my recent video .
Thank you!
I'm finally getting out of my comfort zone . I managed to get myself in a group after a long time of loneliness. This is going to help me so much.
Thank you man, this is what me and most guys really needed, it's extremely difficult to be a social butterfly in this modern world of addictions
Hey long time no see!!! How's it been
@@magnustherad7726 Improving and making my life better while trying to make some videos on my channel. Are you still Doomin? Because I am for UA-cam
@@Dondlo46 No, just kinda pushing away from social media to develop myself more
modern world is not addiction dummy
Almost like hamza knew that I wanted a video about this, thanks bro.
Hey Hamza I'm going on a dophamine detox so I'm gonna stop social media and instant gratification activities. Your videos have really helped me but I think it's time I now fully 100% indulge in self-imporvement. I guess I'll cya. Stay strong boys💪
I swear to God hamza times his vids PERFECTLY I was literally searching for a social skills guide NOW
Thanks for uploading content with insane value for free ♥️🔝
I started seeing channel a year and a half ago and to observe the growth and impact it is causing is truly great! Too witness this tipping point that has happened to this channel really impacts and reassures hope for me and who ever wants to achieve anything in life. What ever the real intent this creator is using this channel for it's obvious putting out a genuine attitude can really go along way.
I am so grateful for Hamza to upload this on UA-cam I needed this so bad right now .
I went past the toxic friends period am I am currently during my loneliness period I was just getting through. Then he uploaded this .
Thanks Hamza you saved my social life and increased my social skill .

Loneliness>bad friends
I was 245 pounds started going to the gym but I was still smoking weed but when I started watching you hamza I quit all that sh*t and fucos on my training now I’m 190 lbs have good friends and life is actually fun now. Thank hamza
Currently at work taking a 10min break from a 6hour shift and watching our legendary Hamza Ahmed.
Funny enough, I found this video on Skillshare like two days before it got removed, and I was only able to see like 3 chapters of it. And with such little grasp on your content I tried finding you on UA-cam.
Yet another comment of praise yeah, but you're so thorough and honest while still being helpful to all of us, thanks for the hard work Hamza :)
Big respect for uploading this for free 💯
Hamza, I just wanted to say that I respect your work so much. From what I've seen, I have nothing but respect and love for you. It's so rare, almost impossible to find someone who actually cares about world and that man or woman deserves nothing but respect.
U change my life for the better thank u
Not really video related . But i just want to say that you inspire me so much.
The guy got banned on instagram, on skillshare .. people don't understand how hard to grow on social media or to make a course and then loose it all.. But hamza just keeps going and making new things happen.
So gratefeul for this channel
Started youtube because of you..
Never stop uploading hamza.!
You can say that Hamza is a real brother!

I was working out, and saw a notification about new hamza’a video. I am happy)
Thank you so much Hamza. I’m doing the mental health guide today then this in 2 weeks. I’m grateful for you and the content you provide.
Also working on towards my MISSION EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I have to say that you have helped me so much hamza, i started going to the gym and have been trying to be more social than my past self. I can't thank you enough for the videos that you are making to help poeple and i hope you make more
Hamza is that big brother we didn't have and IamLucid is that wise cousin we wished we had fr....
Something new to add to gratitude journaling: I'm glad we have this platform (YT) to be able to watch ppl like them
Thank you so much Hamza. You've helped me grow quite a lot. I'm taking a huge step back from social media and watching movies, so probably this will be the last video I watch from you and from youtube. I've seen a lot of your videos and applied almost everything I learned. It's time for me to focus on my last two years in school because these will determine my future. Hopefully with all your knowledge and advices I will do great and will become rich and make my family proud. I'm also working out hard every day. I have one very close friend. I am very grateful for him. we workout together. He is very good at chess but I'm really stupid at it. So I'm taking up chess as my new hobby and way of having fun in my free time since I don't watch movies like I used to do anymore. Thank you so much Hamza from the depths of my heart. After I post this comment my journey will begin. I will be doing the hard work especially when I don't feel like it all the time.
I hate to admit this but before the lockdowns I was in adonis mode. Slowly the lack of gym and outside activities gave me the opportunity to become Jeffry again. Now it's 2022 and I feel like I'm fighting to get myself back. The momentum waa everything I notice.
Hamza, you changed my life so much and I just want to share my gratitude for you and the whole community. Much love bro
i just saw that you posted it like half an hour ago ... i just joined the cult and thats the broblem i have rn ... a really big thank you for this
Learning all of this for the very first time in 29 years , thank you Hamza ❤
Changing to longer videos with more value in them rather than more videos with mostly the same statements was one of the best things I witnessed on this channel so far. I'm not a member for very long tho, maybe for like 5 months? At max 6 months.
Thank you brother!
keep comin with these guides, other categories can include intellectual, emotional, character, spiritual, relationship, financial/career, productivity, skillset, etc!! love the content man, fr helped me elevate so much 💛💛
I met my friends in 6th grade. They were always here for me when i needed help and I was there when they needed help.
We had lot of sleepovers and we went to woods to explore and camp
*The audio is super off by the 5 min mark throughout the entire vid but really love this advice*
Hey Hamza and people watching this video . I have now watched the whole video and think it is going to my social life . I dont have any friends I'm in highschool right now and will try the methods talked about . I am so thankful to you for uploading this video here .
Thanks for sharing such high value info to everyone for free
I haven't had a single friend for 4 years. Thank you Hamza
This came at the perfect time, thank you hamza
I am grateful of hamza and also for his editor ❤
Hamza I don't know how to thank you. I really don't know how. No matter what I do, it won't be enough to give back a small part of what you gave me.
This man is a blessing to the world. Truly a Superior Man.
I can’t believe this video got banned. These social media behemoths don’t want men to be the best version of themselves
I never realised how much of an impact being grateful could have on my life. I thought of all the stuff I was grateful for whilst doing a run in the freezing cold and wet and it literally got me through the run and beyond what I'd set out to do. It's overpowered.
thank you so much hamza for these recent vidoes, we are all in this together stay focused brothers!
Hamza I just wanted to say I wish I had these videos when I was a young man in my 20s. I'm in my 30s now and I wanted to see what the next generation of influencers is doing and I came across your videos on UA-cam. You're an inspiration Hamza and I really hope your message reaches far and wide across the world.
Man i am loving these videos, i am really grateful for them, Thank you Hamza
To anyone looking to find a good community of people in High School, joining the cross country team has been one of the best choices I have ever made it my life. Not only will you get insainly fit, but you are also running with and getting to know kids that have enough disaplin to run forty mile weeks with you. Also, in my experience there is never an expectation to go partying/drink/drugs, because it undoes all of you hard work pretty quickly.
I havent watched you for like 4 months
This video is next level.. 🔥
Thank you for sharing theese stories in the intro
Course is 🔥 too
I enjoy this ver of Hamza the most
I appreciate the video but the sound isn’t synced with the video
Dopamine detox or productivity guide next please!(from the classes u had on skillshare)
Thanks brother, really grateful for it.
Take care and keep improving.
holy shit you uploaded this right when i needed it. you da real mvp hamza
Dont keep watching the video unless you have done the following (note for myself)
Before saying hi to someone, visualize the situation going good in your head
🔥🔥
They fear men unlocking their full potential so they try and push us down keep pushing kings
I really needed this,thanks hamza
WE APPRECIATE THIS
Love you Hamza, thanks for helping me with self-improvement
Bro's saving lives out here
I have so much respect for the fact that you've uploaded the entire class here on yt for free. Good man, Hamza
I prefer this way of hamzas upload schedule
Hamza, I am grateful for the work you're putting out. You're the reason I set out on this journey in the first place. I am taking the steps in this road, but it was you who opened the door and showed me the way. Thank you.
Hey hamza, I love these type of videos a lot more than the heavily edited Jeffery and Adonis videos because it feels so much more genuine.
For you Hamza.
If you've been Banned, hated, criticized.
Know that you're becoming more successful. That's why.
Dude when you were talking about closed body you named 3 of 4 things I do, so thank you for giving me that awareness and recognition
Recognition of myself I meant
I love how he always makes fun of the Jeffrey's I literally find it as one of my favorite parts of the video. Thank you Big bro!
The legends is back
Hamza is the ultimate Adonis, not just because of all the "chad" mindsets he has or because of his self improvement but he is the Adonis because he managed to make enough money to live well by significantly helping others
I saw Hamza's video on my feed and it put a smile on my face. Hamza we can't thank you enough
Ohh my god! Nice vid!!
The voice snychro is off in the first 10min fyi
Its actually the hole video for me. I dont know if its only my phonr. Tomorrow ill check it with my pc

Thank you Hamza, Eternally Grateful
Is something wrong with the sync whenever you change to different time stamps?
It's not that. He just screwed up the sync yet still uploaded it. Although it was intended to be listened to not watched. I listened to this while walking, running, going home, taking a shower, then laying in bed.
Hamza the audio is not in sync with the video bro
okay i thought it was just me
Uninstalled insta yesterday..can't feel any good ..thank you hamza
Its so great to see how Hamza is evolving just like us, and he is Becoming more like Adonis with every video. His content is getting better and better, thanks for your work and effort!
