Lol I'm literally filling a bag in order to trade in some games to make space and trim the fat of my collection and a lot of these games are in the bag. Call of duty games, Bayonetta, darksiders, etc. Some of the PS3 games I bought again on PS4 like the Bayonetta/vanquish remaster pack, dragons crown pro, dark souls, Odin sphere (PS2 trade in), dragons dogma, mass effect 2 and 3 etc. Figured I'd just play the newer better versions if I ever wanted to again, and get rid of the old original ones. Although this is my first time ever getting rid of games so I am having some anxiety even though I am not exactly getting rid of anything substantial lol
ps1 and ps2 prices are so bad you have people in my area charging 50 euros/60 dollars for those cheap 1 pound games no one wants life sports and racers etc... it is hard to find anything affordable on those consoles anymore. ps3 majority of games even the more pricey ones are still within reason to buy hence i stuck with it as my main console to collect.
The other day I bought $17 of super famicom games including Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Country 1 & 3, Street Fighter 2, Kirby, Super Mario RPG, Pac Man in Time, Puyo Puyo, among others. Also bought a Super Famicom complete in box for $37. That’s $54 total for a system and 10 games. Building a cheap collection is definitely feasible in today’s market.
Dragons crown pro on ps4 isn't that much more and comes with a bunch of improvements. I'd recommend it. Plus there's an embossed steelbook launch edition with cards and a slip cover... Just fyi. I love vanilla ware 13 sentinels is a great pickup too
I felt that commentor's frustrations as well, I just bought myself a PS1 and PS2 during the start of this year and I barely find the games that I want in my attainable price range let alone finding one because finding game copies here for 6th gen consoles is difficult. I'm not from America so its not common to have a retro game store here I only rely on FB marketplace and different second hand shopping apps.
The Division is a cheap game that I enjoyed a lot. It came out in 2016 and if you play it now, it is eerily comparable (in some ways) to the pandemic we lived through. The fan created short movie was really good and I'm looking forward to the actual movie that seems to be in perpetual development to come out.
Are all fantasy games soulslikes to you :D? Great bunch, would add Gran Turismo for starting off a new ps3 collection. I know you prob are not into those that much but its an exclusive and one of the best out there.
Incorrect. Darksiders us not anything like a souls like. It's a Zelda/ God of war (2005-2010) game.
yeah this guy knows
