Great cardio workout aside from normal mundane gym work outs. I was training for a sprint triathlon and realized how boring and not getting results. Sooo, this is my new go to exercise. I have been working on my leg/ankle strength for 3 weeks now and have enjoyed following you and Kathryn Morgan, thanks for your effort in making these videos.
