    Great advices man
I had a surgery on my knee and I'm training it for 11 months and I was getting tired of all the rehab training but this video made me to continue it so I can start training kickboxing
    Thanks

Glad to hear that, but must be careful to not overdue it. Keep in mind

Awesome video! I've always tried to get into martial arts but for various reasons (time, fear) I always quit. But I'm really sick of giving up and I want to finally start a combat sport and stick with it, get in the ring and learn and get better. Thanks!
