Nice video. I have a vw polo of 2011. There are no colors on the headlights wiring! Parking light with 2 black wires, low beam with 3 black wires (2 connected together and 1 seperate) and high beam the same as low beam. I conected the red to the parking lights, the yellow on the indicator and the black on the high beam single wire. When the engine is off they work perfect, when the engine is running the don't work at all! Any suggestions/ideas??? Thanks
Hey man, great video! Can you tell me the color coding from your headlight where you tap the wire of LED? I’m not that great with wirings but seems like simple if you know where to tap the wore. Thanks!
Sorry for my late response. High beam light has 2 red wires, connect red wire from the LED to Red/Black wire as DLR. Low beam light has 2 wires, Red wire and White/Black wire. Connect black wire from LED to white/black wire. Turn signal has 3 wires, Green, White/black and Red/black. Connect Yellow wire from LED to Red/Black wire.
Hi I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla. When you open the hood, take out the bulbs from the head light assembly, you should be able to identify the wires to connect
can you connect the red wire to the cars daytime running light? just cause I want to have the LED to be on with only daytime running lights on not the high or low beams on if you know what I mean
High Beam Light (connect LED red wire to red/black wire)== DRL Low Beam Light ( connect LED black wire to white/black wire) === Ground Turn Signal Light ( connect LED yellow wire to red/black wire) === Sequential turn signal
In Australia we have a V6 Camry named as Aurion. I essentially have a 2011 Camry with no DRL support originally. I'm planning to tap into the park lights to turn on the plain white DRLs- is this a good alternative to tapping into the headlights?
Hi, I think if you understand relay wiring it will be better. Get a relay contactor, do wiring for normally closed and connect it to your low beam light. This means, your DRL light will be on as long as your low beam light is off. DRL will go off when low beam light is on. I hope you understand me?
The high beam light has 2 wires on it. DRL and high beam. If your car has DRL, then the LED will come on. I have another video on how to use a relay if you do not have DRL
Will definitely use this as reference. Great video, bro.
Awesome! Have fun doing it.
Definitely worth it, good job
Thank you
Thanks for sharing.
I am about to install mime on 2015 sienna.
You are welcome
Thanks! I was thinking how I am going to do the wiring. Instead of just plugging it into that port, im going to wire tap them with wire brackets.
You are welcome
Is it possible to connect it so that only the turn signal works, without the lights. I want to save my lights?
Simply connect just the yellow wire to the turn signal and black wire to the ground wire.

You may consider using a relay for the wiring. See my other video on how to use relay ua-cam.com/video/f6jK5pwSbjQ/v-deo.html
Can I sneak in the front bumper like you did to install a black grille like the one on yours?
You will need to drop the bumper completely for that
I have these installed..very dim at daytime though
Well done engineer
Thank you

Yes, this was exactly what I did in the video. My daylight is also with my high beam light. I connected the red to the daylight wire.
Looks awesome
Thank you!
What all did you have to do in order to connect the DRL led strip wires to both the headlight wire harness and the turn signal wire harness?
High Beam Light (connect LED red wire to red/black wire)== DRL
Low Beam Light ( connect LED black wire to white/black wire) === Ground
Turn Signal Light ( connect LED yellow wire to red/black wire) === Sequential turn signal

Looking gooood 😮💨
Thanks
Excellent video man 💯💪
Thank you for your positive 🙏🏾 feedback
🙌💯💯💯
🙏🏾
Great video, I want to buy it but does its lifespan long enough right? Like maybe 3 or 4 years
I had mine for over 2 years now
@@eazidiy owh okok, thanks so much
Pointless connecting to headlight.......... connect them so they come on with ignition so they are always on.
Thanks! You are entitled to your own opinion.
so with this you have to have your headlights on all the time to make the drl work
No. My car has DRL function already. I only tapped into the wire. The high beam bulb is also my DRL bulb.
Wonderful job
Thank you!
I’m purchasing them from your site is it better than Amazon and how long does it take to come ?
I ship USPS Ground 3-5 days delivery. I have quality and tested products.
@ and will they fit any head light trim I have a 06 Honda oddesey
The placement of the LED depends on your car's headlight. It is a universal fit.
@ gotchu bro ima order it now thank you for the video diagram aswell
Just ordered it brother i will let you know when they come in and I install them
Do they turn off at night when you turn on your headlights ? Thanks
Yes, DRL goes off when headlight is on!
@eazidiy cheers mate thanks for the reply
You are welcome
Great video
Thank you
How long is the LED strip you install?
Going 2 years
sorry I mean how long is the LED strip is it 45cm or 30cm the length @@eazidiy
I used a 17 inch (43cm) strip in the video
amazing wow great job 👌👌👍👍
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing but I got a question for you that the high beam light switch must be on in order to have DRL on, right?
The high beam light has 2 wires on it. DRL and high beam. If your car has DRL, then the LED will come on. I have another video on how to use a relay if you do not have DRL
nice
Thank you
Next time show how you wired them together
I didn't make the video too long. The wiring connection details are in the description box of the video.
