HI Scott, I am not sure if you remember me, you helped me look for houses downtown in 2021. I love your videos! Great job sharing all the wonderfulness of SLC . I hope you and your family are well, Kem.
Hi Scott, Thanks for the informative video of downtown. Fingers crossed that they get the sports complex right and keep Abravanel Hall, I have personally seen some incredible music with the Utah Symphony in that amazing building. I was also unaware that the new baseball stadium was going to incorporate Jordan River. So COOL! Be well. Jay
Hello, I believe we talked yesterday. My name's Gordon Strasburg and as soon as I close this huge deal in Nevada, I'll be in touch to help find real estate and the sorts. Thanks, keep up the good work!
Does anyone have any knowledge of the Ogden region or the mountain areas over in Morgan County? I like living somewhat close to civilization, but not right in the city.
@@googleisskynet7312 you wanna go south of American fork a bit for that or Logan or Roy or Clearfield are all areas up past the industrial area. Farmington is where Utahs best theme park is!! St George is always a brother/sister variant and that's at the bottom of the state right next to Nevada, making a close commute to Vegas (for all you high rollers 😜) the rest is essentially small towns everywhere in between. Maybe you would like somewhere nephi way? That's a freeway crossroads area and you have lots of choices to go east west north or south! Hope it helps
Its about the working bees building a hive together. Thats ehy they call us thr Beehive State. Sorry about typos man im heading out to get a new phone RN. Have a good day! Ill call you wednesday-thursday just drop a comment on something ill get it
I can't stand the trend to name teams something that's singular in form like the "Ice" or the "Venom." Yes, yes, I know the Jazz are an example of this, but they did it when it was still unique. Now every new team seems like it's singular in form, so I like Yetis or Outlaws. Making "Yeti" or "Mammoth" singular makes no sense.
I hear you. It's taken me time to like them and now I do more than ever. I remember when the Miami Heat were an expansion team and I thought how terrible that name was... it didn't end in "S"
When I was moving out of LA, I considered Salt Lake City, but I determined it was just too left wing. Seems even more so today. Why? I just don't understand.
@@scottdsteele It's just too bad the jobs are all in the city. After 40 years in CA, I find I have very little tolerance for the dominance of left wing values.
Years ago I was flying out of SLC after a business trip. Young dude in the airplane seat next to me, complaining about how bad his Tinder experience in SLC had been. 🤣

Hi Kem!!! Of course I remember you guys! Are you still in the same spot on capital hill?
Informative video. Well done. It would make a fun drinking game, every time he says, “downtown Salt Lake City” 😊
Love it!

Great video idea! I'll go do a couple of videos including the Wasatch Back near Morgan and other mountain towns near the ski resorts up there
@@scottdsteele Thanks, man. I'll look forward to them.
You bet

No don't move to Salt Lake City. They don't need people there who says negative comments about LDS.
I get it

The city is... the suburbs and the rest of the estate aren't.

I get it, there are plenty of jobs outside of the city too, unless you're saying outside of the entire Wasatch Front

It's a good thing that Tinder isn't the barometer of anything of importance 🤪
That would make me want to move there.
It's all perspective!
