@@scottdsteele Yup, sold my house in US for $400K and bought a beachfront high-tower condo for same price facing the sunset and 100 steps from door to the powdery golden beach sands. No floods, no tsunami, no tornadoes, no blizzards, no earthquakes. We get typhoons but that's the time I stay inside and watch sports on TV. :D

Yes. Lots of options. We live in Clearfield (Base town) but work in SLC. 30-45 min drive traffic dependent. But there are lots of options both north and south of Salt Lake.
Its a serious air quality problem the valley is the toilet bowl and the lower in the toilet bowl you live the worse the air. So look up project purple. It's an air quality monitoring thing working with WSU.

I ain't moving to Utah. No beachfront living there. Moving to Thailand. Beachfront lifestyle baby! I love deep sea fishing.

Well when you also consider that if you love your kids they have to go to private school. So tack on another 20k a year per student.
