is it possible to align to separate texts together? i.e. if i were to add a seperate text (say, a slogan or something) underneath 'ROLEX' in a different font, size etc. and have it sit directly below in the centre of the top text

First time I tried this I had the scaling wrong, but baking worked just fine. After scaling up, Baking 1 Frame takes like 15/16 Minutes, I have tried and re-searched everything. I noticed my GPU does not do anything while Baking. Is this normal? And how do I speeden this up?
