Potential Unlock is actually huge. It's the reason Gohan can grow _So Fast_ during intense training. It's also the reason Krillin outgrows Tenshinhan. Potential Unlock breaks down the locks on one's potential, the bottlenecks that create plateaus in growth and requires Limit Break Events
Group gravity training(Raditz will mention something about the gravity) Raditz gets a potential unlock (all of them are stronger anyways) At least a 15x or 20x boost for everyone depending on the time(Goku got 9x boost in 6 days with intense gravity on its own) Zenkais for the saiyans(do I need to give a reason for it?)

What if Grandpa Gohan was a farmer? Plot justification- Roshi's 'Turtle Hermit' training involved manual labor, including plowing fields. Gohan incorporated this into his own physical conditioning and would teach Goku to farm as an aspect of martial arts training. Thus Goku would learn a basic understanding of math, science, grammar, and general knowledge of society (AKA what a girl is) by selling their crops with nearby villages.

It would probably mean that goku and chichi would probably come to a bit of middle ground when it comes to gohan meaning he would fight a bit more not to the point of becoming the main character but definitely being a lot stronger
Because the technique was either a innate ability of guru or a technique that kami never would have learnt as he was sent to earth as Child which is also why his dragon balls could only grant 1 wish
Opinion: guru's potential unlock would still be useful as both guru is older thus can probably dig more out of someone, and between kami potential unlock and guru time will have passed. Additionally I would argue this is one of the few abilities piccolo would keep if/when he and kami fuse as it fits piccolo's role as mentor and teacher (basically serves as a way to quickly bring newer casties up to a useful baseline.)
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Kami and King Piccolo Dragon Clan Namekians while Piccolo Jr was born a Warrior Clan member. Thus the reason Jr doesn't have access to many abilities of his father and uncle.
We can also use the argument that it's a different stat besides the unlocker's innate ki, somewhat like magic. that way a fused Kami doesn't just turn people into early BoG level during the Cell saga.

I'm kind of surprised that in the 1 year training you didn't have Goku go train with King Kai. He could have easily made the trip down snake way in less than a day. Unless you're saving it for the next part maybe? All in all I think it's a good beginning.

What if the super saiyan transformations were evolutions instead? Meaning the moment goku goes super saiyan it becomes his new base form. What if trunks was the legendary super saiyan? What if Gohan krillin and bulma Landed on planet cereal instead of false namek?

Gohan incorporated this into his own physical conditioning and would teach Goku to farm as an aspect of martial arts training. Thus Goku would learn a basic understanding of math, science, grammar, and general knowledge of society (AKA what a girl is) by selling their crops with nearby villages.
What If Request. What if Gohan drank the Ultra Divine Water before or after entering the Time Chamber with Goku, What if Goku was the first "evolved" Saiyan (like the Universe 6 Saiyan's who are born without a tail and have more potential), What if Kami regained his youth when King Piccolo did, What if Elder Guru fused with Kami before he died, What if Bulma found Androids 13, 14 and 15 used their parts to upgrade Android 16.
I'm so happy you spared Raditz, so many other what ifs would've came up with some kind of excuse to kill him, but you stay true to the spirit of dragon ball and the spirit of Goku, you know Goku on his feet half strength would've still spared Raditz and would stop Piccolo.
What if Supreme Kai trained Goku instead of King Kai during the Saiyan Saga. Shin, being more proactive, could have been scouting warriors to protect the universe from Majin Buu, due to Babidi being more active in securing energy.
What if goku went to yardrat as a kid (Via bulma somehow) What if king Kai and kami switched places somehow (King Kai being earths god with kami being a Kai)
What if Master Roshi wished for his youth and was able to help in the saiyan saga? What if Tien reaches a power where he can literally transform? Super human? Don’t forget..Roshi literally has a second form and he’s human!
Or...last idea. What if Kami used the earths dragon to wish for his youth because he felt the world was in danger with the approaching saiyans? And if he trained in the time chamber with the specific goal of making the dragons wishes stronger. Strong enough to defeat the saiyans with a wish. And the stronger Kami gets, the more the dragon can do.
What if future trunks was like vegeta. This could put him in every arc due to wanting to fight all the time and train with his own beers. GOD of destruction trunks. Maybe he could be in sdbh as well he could be the building saga after wanting to show his power to vegeta him vs making vegeta he could be arrogant in personality letting cell absorb 18

Nice the Saiyans Saga turned out fine, and it looks like Raditz is turning good here. I'm hoping to see Gohan begin training in the next part (Not going up against Frieza of course) to help defend herself if needed maybe Raditz personally training Gohan some and doubles as a way to get to know each. Anyways overall another really good start to this new series, and looking forward to the next part soon. What if suggestion: What if Gohan was similar to Broly?
Okay on the topic of potential, this idea came across my mind, what if Videl had potential equal to Gohan? it's strange but imagine she had that potential and her training through life got her around the strength of someone like Krillin for when they first met and she stays a fighter....
There’s precedent for it. Some members of different races just have unusually high potential for their race. Frieza or Broly for example, and I mean, yeah they were unusual and mutants of their race but who’s to say that Videl couldn’t be similar in terms of potential? Just for humans instead. Excluding that angle, the type of stories and folklore the franchise draws heavy inspiration from is full of once a millennia prodigies “blessed by the heavens” and “strongest under the sun.” (Which is actually the literal translation of Tenkaichi Budokai - “number one under the sun” or “number one under heaven” - so it thematically fits) Pan would be ridiculously powerful and have monstrous natural potential if Videl and Gohan still got together in that case. Enough to truly justify, perhaps, having a God of Destruction and an angel as an uncle/babysitter.
I think he would be a stronger one because the potential unlock takes time and you get stronger overtime and plus the humans wanna even compare even with the potential unlock Because one sure they will get stronger overtime tube but go to the saying that should explain it all 9:29

Uh yeah so Kid Goku gets his potential ENHANCED by Kami so every Zenkai boost makes him MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH STRONGER than they normally could...... and also all of his training gets much faster results. So four months of training with just one zenkai boost makes him stronger than GOLDEN FRIEZA before he even talks to Raditz.

One: GOKU accidentally kills Vegeta and Nappa both with a single basic KI BLAST and then has to bring them back to life, break their limbs,drag them over to Kami, and have both of their potentials ENHANCED even if against their will....... just so they could still be a good challenge for him someday. Two: He accidentally kills them just as in above.... but gets Yemma and Kami to let them keep their bodies in the afterlife so they can keep getting stronger while Goku goes to Namek with Piccolo,Gohan,Bulma, and Krillin to meet the namekians...... which then becomes the easiest rescue mission ever because Frieza is killing namekians for dragon balls. GOKU, having gotten even stronger from KAIO KEN training just because he can, accidentally kills FRIEZA with one punch before he can even transform. So he doesn't turn SSJ on Namek and never even encounters the Ginyu Force. Beerus wakes up,Goku beats him before he can even mention SUPER SAIYAN GOD,then Goku is forced by divine law to replace Beerus as a god of destruction. Eventually everyone wished back Vegeta and Nappa but they are still nothing to Goku so he still drags their poor butts to Kami so they can get their potentials ENHANCED and train with Goku for all eternity. Oh wait,..... how does this effect Cell and the Android Saga? I'm thinking of this as I type it so if you see any flaws, that is probably why.
The only thing i question is if Goku really has to die in order to get king kais training. I mean Kami without dying can teleport there and can teleport other people to and from there. I just always feel like in these what ifs that kami still wanting to do more would still think of and get goku to train at king kais
He’d have to have a way to store six months of food & water for the journey for himself. I know we got capsule tech, but you know he’s going to accidentally drop that off snake way the first time he tries to use it lol.
Amazing idea just struck me. What if Kami went to Namek too! And he meets Guru! And Guru recognizes him because they’re both so old. And Guru unlocks Kamis potential and Piccolos potential. Foreshadowing. When Kami and Piccolo fuse eventually..they’d be stronger than SSJ2 Gohan!
Which obviously that affects things like maybe Gohan won’t need to turn SSJ2 bcuz Piccolo kills Cell. But...what if it makes the dragon balls stronger by Kamis strength growing? And what if Piccolo and Kami fused can still control the dragon balls? And with their strength...the wishes can be bigger. Not held back by the things that he dragon said weren’t in his power..because the dragon should be at least as powerful as the namekian.
So Goku went from around 300-400 to over 8,000-9,000 (over 8,000 in the manga, over 9,000 in the dub) during his year of training under King Kai. That’s anywhere from a 20-30 times increase _in around 5-6 six months_ due to having to traverse Snake Way. While the training with King Kai _was_ under 10x gravity, it was training alone and without sparring partners. I think having sparring partners even if only just towards the final quarter of the year (which Whis has stated makes for better and more effective training), a Zenkai from the fight with Raditz, and the gradual strengthening effects of a potential unlock should reasonably have taken a post-Raditz Zenkai Goku who’s probably around 2,500-3,500 at that time up to 15-20 times stronger over the course of a *full year* of training. So a range of anywhere between 37,500 and 70,000. I think, realistically for this point in the timeline, somewhere between 45,000 and 60,000 would make more sense. It ends up making little difference for this point in the story though. 30,000 just seems slightly too low.
Yes whis said training with other “saiyans” gives them better results but You’re comparing king Kai’s training to the training on earth which I don’t believe is fair in the slightest. King Kai’s planet like you said has 10xs earths gravity and we see how gravity training vastly increases your strength throughout the series. They are still using gravity training/weighted clothes in super. Plus king Kai taught goku new ways to utilize ki which is essential to fighting as seen when ginyu switched bodies with goku and only had a power level of 23,000. Goku even outright says it’s because he can’t use his ki properly. You’re also using a very specific timeframe which I again don’t think is fair for these calculations. Goku went from 8,000 to 90,000 in 5 days on his trip to Namek using the 6th day to rest. So 11.25xs stronger every 5 days he should be in the millions within a year but on the flip side of that goku went from a super kamehameha of 910 in the piccolo jr saga to 924 in the Raditz saga which is only 1.02xs stronger in 5 years. Everything is clearly a case by case basis depending on the training you do and the goals you set for yourself. With no goals or new training you get goku only getting 1.02xs stronger in 5 years but when you add a goal your power jumps astonishingly example the goal in the vegeta arc for the humans was bare minimum as strong as raditz and they all got to that point doing the exact same training goku did in 1/3 the time.
I didn’t say that My exact words were trains motivated to fight stronger opponents he trains twice as hard and after the humans get their potential unlock he uses them as sparring partners
I know this might be a stretch but I’m curious to see what would happen if goku was created by zeno so he could have a friend I would love to see how powerful and important goku would be if you could make this possible it would be amazing

honestly, goku should be way more powerful than he is now in the story, as a "potential unlock" he got up to well over 50k without a potential unlock, just through training. so goku shouldve jumped to around 30k at minimum just because he had much less strength in comparison to his potential cap. although that would make the show a little too easy and ruin the story so meh
But gohan was not only more powerful than goku but also a hybrid with a crazy amount of potential and he only got to 14k initially and besides his rage boost against second form frieza on namek which varies in power throughout the series he was never shown to be vastly stronger than krillin on namek so why would goku go all the way to 50k
@@MangaAdventures well even with the high power boost gohan had, he was also starting closer to his potential cap. lets say through training he could get to 100k, and cap there, unlocking his potential at 2k would be 2% of his potential. if goku could get to 75k, unlocking his potential at 400, its a much lower percentage, so the multiplier would be higher. im not good at explaining things but i dont think the potential unlock is just a multiplier based on your max potential, it brings you to ~50% of your next cap before you limit break, and slowly brings you up the rest of the way. this is just my idea on it cause of the name being a potential unlocker and not a power boost. also i said he'd go to about 30k.

If a potential cap existed then goku wouldn’t have gotten much stronger after drinking the real ultra divine water which unlocked his potential gohan wouldn’t have gotten to ssj blue levels of strength by training. Goku got stronger cause he kept doing new training regimens. Kami King Kai 100xs gravity Yardrat Time chamber With each of these he got stronger and each time he got stronger his potential also increased. @@MangaAdventures you sort of are misinterpreting a little but i get it, i mean every time he "breaks" his potential, those are individual caps that are forcefully broken by potential unlocking. my theory is that 1. When potential is unlocked, it breaks your next limiter by force 2. It brings you to half of what that limiter holds 3. it progressively brings you up to where the limit was, allowing them to train past it immediately. so in short, if gokus current limit was 75k, hed jump to 32.5k instantaneously, progressively getting stronger from there. although im not sure exactly where he'd be, he would be above sayain saga vegeta after potential unlock by my theory.
I think this idea of potential unlock should enable the humans to remain relevant in the story. It's a continual itch of mine for the Z-fighters to get more love. An interesting fact. When Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotzu trained with Kami, they grew stronger than Goku did in one year compared to when Goku trained with him for three years. And when Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu went to train with King Kai, King Kai said that they beat his record of getting through snake way. It seems that the humans grow at an exponential rate when they trained together, whereas the saiyans grow much more through zenkai boosts. If the humans can come to learn this, maybe they can spend more time training with the sayians and Piccolo, and be more on par with them instead of being sidelined as usual. Just a thought though. This is a very interesting fic.
Zenkai boosts have diminishing returns, and the reason they grew more from Kami's training than Goku did is because they were training as a group and that's always been more effective. They were dozens of times stronger going down snakeway than goku was
@@munchies982 True. My point is that since the humans grew so much in such a short time, and now they all can have their potential unlocked, they should be able to stay relevant to the story. I just don't want the saiyans to be the only ones running the show anymore is all.
I would say the V-Jump numbers do make sense because 1) Krillin was able to cut off 2nd form Frieza's tail, and 2) one of the panels you displayed, shows that Frieza had the ability lower his ki even while in his first form. That said, I don't disagree w/ your numbers otherwise.

Chaitzu (yes im going there) gets training with the kais and gains magic powers including kai kai and healing and telekinesis What happended to my text I have no idea during the universe 6 tournament (no chaitzu : ( sage) they take a page from each other yamcha goes with kaio ken with his wolf form, tien trys to get yamchas form but cant but gets a form that is kaio ken x20 strong with no strain and that ki control yamcha has (Its better than reaguler when he first got it) and krillin gets the kaio ken chaitzu gets mystic cause why not elder kai was there and his small body would not get destroyed all get god ki from whis in his staff (no special form from this) roshi comes along too along with chaitzu cause why not roshi can fiannaly break hsi limits and whis loves him and teaches him what goku cant understand I have no other ideas for arks beyond but its your what if so you go crazy
I think the power levels should be stronger because on namek killin didn't train before fighting Ginyu in Goku's body. So after a year of training it's should be 1.5x/3.0x of the power increase
I think sayian saga Goku would have a power level of from 190k to 222k cuz he trained twice as hard and krillin was able to keep up with Ginyu who had a power level of 23k in Gokus body but his potential unlocked only got to 13k 23÷13k=1.7 1.7×8or 7 1.7×8=13.6 1.7×7=11.9 And I have a theyrou that potential unlocked actually make your training more effective and that's why Gohan got from being wayyy weaker than base Goku then got to ssjb level in just 4 days

Honestly I wouldn't really put Goku's power level at anything higher than 25,000 even after the Potential Unlock was fully completed, since he's that much weaker than Gohan and Krillin on Namek (being 1/4 of their PL), but I think he would've been sent to King Kai anyway by Kami since he'd want Goku to be as prepared as possible. Being roughly 62x stronger than in canon, Goku should be able to cross Snake Way in less than a week, giving him not only more time to learn King Kai's techniques but also to get stronger, capping out at roughly the same level as your version of Goku here, only with at least a stable Kaioken X5.
Imo Goku should be a bit weaker, or way stronger. Let's say he did master his power after the unlock. That still totals to like a 20ish times boost lowball or a 42 to 50+ times boost for a highball. (Since we're ignoring daizenshu 7 [idk how to spell it]) Lowball we could say that by the end of the quarter year, Goku has a power of 7,500 with weights or 9,100 without them. He'd only be able to get any real training in by probably the last month of the year. I doubt he'd be able to get a 4 times power boost in a month, but even if we highball this, he'll only realistically reach 18,000 to 23,000 tops. Alternatively with the highball, he'd basically get a super saiyan boost. He'd be sitting at 20,585 by the point in the year where the earthlings get their potentials unlocked, and even then if he trained by sparring against all of them he wouldn't get a 10,000 boost just like that if he'd already mastered control over his power. But then again he could do that if you highballed the earthlings too, which thinking on it now, you probably did. Either way, I'd say Goku should be closer to 24,000. Equal to his kaioken ×3.
I think 50k or 60k would be the best place for goku. Reason: goku was said to be at a power level of 416 at the start of z without weights ill mention this later again. If krillin was at 1770 of a power level going to namek and then got to 13-14k thats at least a 7x increase now you gave goku that yes but seeing the cap of gohans potential being apparently 200k and krillins being 75k id think goku would end his power level at 40-60k. Only for the fact he has more potential than krillin but way less than gohan also being around 3-4x weaker than gohan also backs up my reason but then the 1 year of intense training goes into a factor as well id think goku should just be a bit stronger not in the 100-200k range but 30-60k range

Make Grandpa Gohan a farmer.
Plot justification- Roshi's 'Turtle Hermit' training involved manual labor, including plowing fields.
Gohan incorporated this into his own physical conditioning and would teach Goku to farm as an aspect of martial arts training.
Thus Goku would learn a basic understanding of math, science, grammar, and general knowledge of society (AKA what a girl is) by selling their crops with nearby villages.

Nice the Saiyans Saga turned out fine, and it looks like Raditz is turning good here. I'm hoping to see Gohan begin training in the next part (Not going up against Frieza of course) to help defend herself if needed maybe Raditz personally training Gohan some and doubles as a way to get to know each. Anyways overall another really good start to this new series, and looking forward to the next part soon.

There’s precedent for it. Some members of different races just have unusually high potential for their race. Frieza or Broly for example, and I mean, yeah they were unusual and mutants of their race but who’s to say that Videl couldn’t be similar in terms of potential? Just for humans instead. Excluding that angle, the type of stories and folklore the franchise draws heavy inspiration from is full of once a millennia prodigies “blessed by the heavens” and “strongest under the sun.”
(Which is actually the literal translation of Tenkaichi Budokai - “number one under the sun” or “number one under heaven” - so it thematically fits)
Pan would be ridiculously powerful and have monstrous natural potential if Videl and Gohan still got together in that case. Enough to truly justify, perhaps, having a God of Destruction and an angel as an uncle/babysitter.

Uh yeah so Kid Goku gets his potential ENHANCED by Kami so every Zenkai boost makes him MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH STRONGER than they normally could...... and also all of his training gets much faster results.
So four months of training with just one zenkai boost makes him stronger than GOLDEN FRIEZA before he even talks to Raditz.

One: GOKU accidentally kills Vegeta and Nappa both with a single basic KI BLAST and then has to bring them back to life, break their limbs,drag them over to Kami, and have both of their potentials ENHANCED even if against their will....... just so they could still be a good challenge for him someday.
Two: He accidentally kills them just as in above.... but gets Yemma and Kami to let them keep their bodies in the afterlife so they can keep getting stronger while Goku goes to Namek with Piccolo,Gohan,Bulma, and Krillin to meet the namekians...... which then becomes the easiest rescue mission ever because Frieza is killing namekians for dragon balls.
GOKU, having gotten even stronger from KAIO KEN training just because he can, accidentally kills FRIEZA with one punch before he can even transform. So he doesn't turn SSJ on Namek and never even encounters the Ginyu Force.
Beerus wakes up,Goku beats him before he can even mention SUPER SAIYAN GOD,then Goku is forced by divine law to replace Beerus as a god of destruction.

Amazing idea just struck me. What if Kami went to Namek too! And he meets Guru! And Guru recognizes him because they’re both so old. And Guru unlocks Kamis potential and Piccolos potential. Foreshadowing. When Kami and Piccolo fuse eventually..they’d be stronger than SSJ2 Gohan!
Which obviously that affects things like maybe Gohan won’t need to turn SSJ2 bcuz Piccolo kills Cell. But...what if it makes the dragon balls stronger by Kamis strength growing? And what if Piccolo and Kami fused can still control the dragon balls? And with their strength...the wishes can be bigger. Not held back by the things that he dragon said weren’t in his power..because the dragon should be at least as powerful as the namekian.

So Goku went from around 300-400 to over 8,000-9,000 (over 8,000 in the manga, over 9,000 in the dub) during his year of training under King Kai. That’s anywhere from a 20-30 times increase _in around 5-6 six months_ due to having to traverse Snake Way. While the training with King Kai _was_ under 10x gravity, it was training alone and without sparring partners. I think having sparring partners even if only just towards the final quarter of the year (which Whis has stated makes for better and more effective training), a Zenkai from the fight with Raditz, and the gradual strengthening effects of a potential unlock should reasonably have taken a post-Raditz Zenkai Goku who’s probably around 2,500-3,500 at that time up to 15-20 times stronger over the course of a *full year* of training. So a range of anywhere between 37,500 and 70,000. I think, realistically for this point in the timeline, somewhere between 45,000 and 60,000 would make more sense. It ends up making little difference for this point in the story though. 30,000 just seems slightly too low.
Yes whis said training with other “saiyans” gives them better results but You’re comparing king Kai’s training to the training on earth which I don’t believe is fair in the slightest. King Kai’s planet like you said has 10xs earths gravity and we see how gravity training vastly increases your strength throughout the series. They are still using gravity training/weighted clothes in super. Plus king Kai taught goku new ways to utilize ki which is essential to fighting as seen when ginyu switched bodies with goku and only had a power level of 23,000. Goku even outright says it’s because he can’t use his ki properly. You’re also using a very specific timeframe which I again don’t think is fair for these calculations. Goku went from 8,000 to 90,000 in 5 days on his trip to Namek using the 6th day to rest. So 11.25xs stronger every 5 days he should be in the millions within a year but on the flip side of that goku went from a super kamehameha of 910 in the piccolo jr saga to 924 in the Raditz saga which is only 1.02xs stronger in 5 years. Everything is clearly a case by case basis depending on the training you do and the goals you set for yourself. With no goals or new training you get goku only getting 1.02xs stronger in 5 years but when you add a goal your power jumps astonishingly example the goal in the vegeta arc for the humans was bare minimum as strong as raditz and they all got to that point doing the exact same training goku did in 1/3 the time.

honestly, goku should be way more powerful than he is now in the story, as a "potential unlock" he got up to well over 50k without a potential unlock, just through training. so goku shouldve jumped to around 30k at minimum just because he had much less strength in comparison to his potential cap. although that would make the show a little too easy and ruin the story so meh
But gohan was not only more powerful than goku but also a hybrid with a crazy amount of potential and he only got to 14k initially and besides his rage boost against second form frieza on namek which varies in power throughout the series he was never shown to be vastly stronger than krillin on namek so why would goku go all the way to 50k
@@MangaAdventures well even with the high power boost gohan had, he was also starting closer to his potential cap. lets say through training he could get to 100k, and cap there, unlocking his potential at 2k would be 2% of his potential. if goku could get to 75k, unlocking his potential at 400, its a much lower percentage, so the multiplier would be higher. im not good at explaining things but i dont think the potential unlock is just a multiplier based on your max potential, it brings you to ~50% of your next cap before you limit break, and slowly brings you up the rest of the way. this is just my idea on it cause of the name being a potential unlocker and not a power boost. also i said he'd go to about 30k.

If a potential cap existed then goku wouldn’t have gotten much stronger after drinking the real ultra divine water which unlocked his potential gohan wouldn’t have gotten to ssj blue levels of strength by training.

@@MangaAdventures you sort of are misinterpreting a little but i get it, i mean every time he "breaks" his potential, those are individual caps that are forcefully broken by potential unlocking. my theory is that
1. When potential is unlocked, it breaks your next limiter by force
2. It brings you to half of what that limiter holds
3. it progressively brings you up to where the limit was, allowing them to train past it immediately.
so in short, if gokus current limit was 75k, hed jump to 32.5k instantaneously, progressively getting stronger from there. although im not sure exactly where he'd be, he would be above sayain saga vegeta after potential unlock by my theory.
I think this idea of potential unlock should enable the humans to remain relevant in the story. It's a continual itch of mine for the Z-fighters to get more love.
An interesting fact. When Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotzu trained with Kami, they grew stronger than Goku did in one year compared to when Goku trained with him for three years. And when Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu went to train with King Kai, King Kai said that they beat his record of getting through snake way. It seems that the humans grow at an exponential rate when they trained together, whereas the saiyans grow much more through zenkai boosts. If the humans can come to learn this, maybe they can spend more time training with the sayians and Piccolo, and be more on par with them instead of being sidelined as usual.
Just a thought though. This is a very interesting fic.
Zenkai boosts have diminishing returns, and the reason they grew more from Kami's training than Goku did is because they were training as a group and that's always been more effective. They were dozens of times stronger going down snakeway than goku was

I would say the V-Jump numbers do make sense because 1) Krillin was able to cut off 2nd form Frieza's tail, and 2) one of the panels you displayed, shows that Frieza had the ability lower his ki even while in his first form. That said, I don't disagree w/ your numbers otherwise.

You're my favourite dragonball Whatif guy like, you have proper structuring, unique assets to each story, proper power scaling which is important for some aspect of dragonball and that sexy voice man, you're just the perfect, too bad u only have 11k subs, I'm surprised by don't have 150k already...
Honestly I wouldn't really put Goku's power level at anything higher than 25,000 even after the Potential Unlock was fully completed, since he's that much weaker than Gohan and Krillin on Namek (being 1/4 of their PL), but I think he would've been sent to King Kai anyway by Kami since he'd want Goku to be as prepared as possible. Being roughly 62x stronger than in canon, Goku should be able to cross Snake Way in less than a week, giving him not only more time to learn King Kai's techniques but also to get stronger, capping out at roughly the same level as your version of Goku here, only with at least a stable Kaioken X5.
I like that Goku's at 30,000 as his kaioken x3 would only be around 27,000 anyway

Imo Goku should be a bit weaker, or way stronger. Let's say he did master his power after the unlock. That still totals to like a 20ish times boost lowball or a 42 to 50+ times boost for a highball. (Since we're ignoring daizenshu 7 [idk how to spell it])
Lowball we could say that by the end of the quarter year, Goku has a power of 7,500 with weights or 9,100 without them. He'd only be able to get any real training in by probably the last month of the year. I doubt he'd be able to get a 4 times power boost in a month, but even if we highball this, he'll only realistically reach 18,000 to 23,000 tops.
Alternatively with the highball, he'd basically get a super saiyan boost. He'd be sitting at 20,585 by the point in the year where the earthlings get their potentials unlocked, and even then if he trained by sparring against all of them he wouldn't get a 10,000 boost just like that if he'd already mastered control over his power. But then again he could do that if you highballed the earthlings too, which thinking on it now, you probably did.
Either way, I'd say Goku should be closer to 24,000. Equal to his kaioken ×3.

I think 50k or 60k would be the best place for goku.
Reason: goku was said to be at a power level of 416 at the start of z without weights ill mention this later again. If krillin was at 1770 of a power level going to namek and then got to 13-14k thats at least a 7x increase now you gave goku that yes but seeing the cap of gohans potential being apparently 200k and krillins being 75k id think goku would end his power level at 40-60k. Only for the fact he has more potential than krillin but way less than gohan also being around 3-4x weaker than gohan also backs up my reason but then the 1 year of intense training goes into a factor as well id think goku should just be a bit stronger not in the 100-200k range but 30-60k range
