my monitor is an ultra wide monitor, i can't bring it so close to me, because otherwise i won't see the screen as a whole, how can i improve it for my neck?
Thats crazy. Standing in place whole day long is way worth then sitting. You can get varicosity that way, professional disease of bartenders and people of such trade. It stresses out joints too. Just sit properly in a chair.
