Hace poco probé la marca Cecilia y me fascinó lo que me hizo darme cuenta que usar una buena resina es algo importante. Lamentablemente es demasiado cara y quería preguntarte si tú conoces una marca que de buenos resultados y que sea un poco más asequible.

Yeah exactly, he means to create that mental map so your brain knows exactly and you can make effortless shifts or playing in general. That way you're not struggling with intonation because your brain and fingers already know where they have to be

I think he means creating a kind of mental image of where the notes are and developing muscle memory as well.
