We're back with IFBB Pro, Sadik Hadzovic, and today he's taking us through day 1 of his current 3 day split - chest & back! Sadik is going old school with this workout, by using no machines - just heavy free weights for heavy compound movements. Check it out!

He is my favorite bodybuilder in this era. I’m pushing 60, been working out since 1977, despite many injuries due to heavy workouts and 26 years military service, I still workout like an animal with medium weights, shorter rests between sets. I do enjoy the more classical built bodybuilders today as I did in the 70’s such as Frank Zane and Steve Davis. I also enjoyed Mike Mentzer because his out of the box thinking in regards to training. Biggest I’ve been was maybe 232 at 5’11”, when I was living in northern Greenland. Was not huge but was very good shape.

Ikr I couldn't get one for like the first 6 months of working out then I started getting one cause I got enough muscle to feel the pump it's such a good feeling

Yeah, I use this grip until 275, then I find myself moving my thumbs when fatigue sets in

Best split out there in my opinion. I was on PPL for almost a full year, and as soon as I tried Arnold's split i noticed more gains in the span of 3 months than I did for that entire year. keep up the good work
I've adopted this 3 day split during lockdown as I was getting so bored and see it as a great way of really targeting legs as well. Just thought I'd watch this for some ideas as gyms open in 5 days time here in the UK after being closed for 4 months...have to say, watching this has got me excited and emotional at the same time...miss my gym family. 😂💪

Great video, I prefer using 25lb plates on the T-bar row, helps me with a better range of motion.

I have been doing this split for months now and I love it. Not only do I feel like I'm making gains since I train each body part more frequently I keep my pump every day instead of having those days where you feel flat.
You haven’t had any recovery issues? Or nagging soft tissue? Or do you manage your intensity and such to negate that
@@Aarohnn No real issue, every now and then I have some aches however I will just take it easy and lift ligter when it happens.
