He is my favorite bodybuilder in this era. I’m pushing 60, been working out since 1977, despite many injuries due to heavy workouts and 26 years military service, I still workout like an animal with medium weights, shorter rests between sets. I do enjoy the more classical built bodybuilders today as I did in the 70’s such as Frank Zane and Steve Davis. I also enjoyed Mike Mentzer because his out of the box thinking in regards to training. Biggest I’ve been was maybe 232 at 5’11”, when I was living in northern Greenland. Was not huge but was very good shape.

I've adopted this 3 day split during lockdown as I was getting so bored and see it as a great way of really targeting legs as well. Just thought I'd watch this for some ideas as gyms open in 5 days time here in the UK after being closed for 4 months...have to say, watching this has got me excited and emotional at the same time...miss my gym family. 😂💪
I have been doing this split for months now and I love it. Not only do I feel like I'm making gains since I train each body part more frequently I keep my pump every day instead of having those days where you feel flat.
Ill try this back workout in my next pull day, and this chest on my push. Because of covid, i only have free weights at my disposal, so this is a Godsend. Thanks Sadik
his body looks more natural for me, than any other bodybuilder. His explanation on what he's doing was fantastic. he should start to have a UA-cam channel if he doesn't have one :P
Is it a peaking week in your program? Definitely don't need a spotter for growth, track your stuff and work to get stronger at 5 plus reps on the compounds.
@@raygengamer8440 I have for the majority of covid man, I hear ya on those heavy bench and squat days it's nice to have someone around, but I've been progressing pretty nicely with my current style of programming

Glad to see Sadik back and will definitely trying this split. Sadik would've been a much better Mr. O representative then Buendia who's beefing with everyone and their mom.
@@juniorcrimebreakers2807 if you hold your arms out straight in front of you, like they would be during seated machine flys, when you bring your hands together at the max flex, try to touch your inner elbows together and you will feel an even greater squeeze in your pecs. Same applies to lying DB fly. Try it without weight to get used to the movement. You can feel the additional squeeze without using weight.
