I really love what you said about comfort food. I think that it is pretty much impossible to be 'super clean' all the time. Not to say boring as well. Training is no problem, going hard is no problem and sleep is definitely not hard to do. The biggest challenge is food, that is my reality. If I keep my plan 90% of the time it is more enjoyable to let yourself 'cheat' a little. But not in excess. And give yourself more cred for what you are achieving.
The best comfort food is cereal in the evenings..

Great informative video. Best I've seen on getting lean. The extra water definitely helps, I take a cycling bottle to bed with me and if I wake up in the night which I do 2-3 times, I will have a quick swig then finish it as soon as I sit up in bed in the morning. I will add that fasting helps massively too, I'm not talking about 24 hours+ but working out first thing in the morning before eating, just water and black coffee, THEN having breakfast.

I find that if you just workout what your body can take the good night sleep comes all on its own. Definitely nutrition is key and vital.

Good video I liked the information and also didn’t come across as overly difficult or super extra, straight to the point super casual but all relative and mixed in the idea that not everyone wants to or can be constantly cooking over a stove so adding frozen veggies and ready to cook rice is helpful

Brother.. a humble request, please create a Ramadan diet video. We do Intermittent Fasting throughout the daytime but still won’t loose fat by end of the month. It seems, still diet is the key.

Brother break fast with some dates or fruit to get ur blood sugar up , continued by soup or broth to restore ur gut lining , then you can proceed to having a carb/ fat meal. 😁
