Have u any pointers on a slightly sore, what u think is a rotator cuff injury? I've never really warned up before but I've started since watching your videos

Plate machine row - 4sets x 8-10 reps (drop set on final set-hasta el fallo el último - en ese último reduce el peso en 50%) - agarra la palanca las de abajo (piensa en los laterales como targeting) 4. Superset- seated row - 4sets x 8-10 reps seguido de straight arm pull down (con la barra grande volteada hacia abajo) 4 sets x 8-10reps 5. he said he is known to have a widest back on the natural bodybuilding stage....and that says he is natural just his back is better than his rest of the body looking at him his abs and chest not that good or big..
Width is genetic. You can add but your limited by clavicles. I also recommend partial deadlifts. You cut down injury potential and can go a lot heavier.
