      Yeah I think best day is back day. You can just do so much weight for reps that it's fun. Plus no other pump beats a lat pump

    Tens years ago I was 70 lbs heavier and really messed up my back. Crawling to the bathroom messed up. Now I can do all these and so, so thankful for the tips. NOTHING more important than your health. KETO/low carbs/NO sugar saved my life; lifting helped me rebuild it.

      He said "natural" and people are waking up to the BS. This channel does not have a single natural trainer. Videos are good but keep it real. Don't mislead youngsters into thinking these guys are not enhanced.

    Another great video. I only started using trx a year ago. Watched alot of videos and followed instructions but your technique is by far the best. The slow negatives and squeezing are really good. Have u any pointers on a slightly sore, what u think is a rotator cuff injury? I've never really warned up before but I've started since watching your videos

    Back workout
    1. Deadlifts - 5 sets x 10reps (subes un poco y luego doblas hacia atrás apretando el culo y concentrándote en sentir bien la espalda antes de subir de peso en cada set)
    2. Close grip pull down (con la palanca de metal Chiquita) 4 sets x 8-10 reps (cada vez que bajes aprieta (squeeze at the bottom y mantén por 1 seg y luego vuelves a subir)- more time under tension 유지하다
    3. Plate machine row - 4sets x 8-10 reps (drop set on final set-hasta el fallo el último - en ese último reduce el peso en 50%) - agarra la palanca las de abajo (piensa en los laterales como targeting)
    4. Superset- seated row - 4sets x 8-10 reps seguido de straight arm pull down (con la barra grande volteada hacia abajo) 4 sets x 8-10reps
    5. Finisher - single arm dumbbell row - 4sets x 8-1t0 reps (negativas lentas - mantén los codos cerca del torso)

    Width is genetic. You can add but your limited by clavicles. I also recommend partial deadlifts. You cut down injury potential and can go a lot heavier.
