ഒരു നിലവാരവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ബെൽറ്റ് കവർ..... 200 കിലോമീറ്റർ ഓടിയ എല്ലാ ഏഥറിന്റെയും ബെൽറ്റ് കവർ ഒന്ന് നോക്കിയാൽ അറിയാം രണ്ട് പീസും വിട്ടു നിൽക്കുന്നത് കാണാം.... ഞാൻ ഓർത്തു എന്റെ വണ്ടിയ്ക്ക് മാത്രം ആണന്നു.. സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ പോയപ്പോൾ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അവിടെ വന്ന എല്ലാ വണ്ടിയുടെയും ഈ പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ട്..... ഇവന്മാർ പൂട്ടി പോകും.... കാരണം..... വില...... പിന്നെ പറയുന്ന റേഞ്ച് ഇല്ല.... കസ്റ്റമറുടെ ഇഷ്ടം നോക്കി മാറ്റം വരുത്തില്ല...... അതൊക്കെ ഓലയെ കണ്ട് പഠിക്കണം....

I have been riding for past 2 years.
Pros: excellent rideability, super comfort, no vibration, service only needed after 5000 km. No need for petrol or oil change, useful features
Cons: maps started failing after a year. No resolution from the company even after 30 emails (over 6 months) and phone calls apart from that. I gave up on that finally. That was my most required feature. Once sales is over, they treat you like trash. Service isn't costly, but towards 2nd service, there was a squeaking sound and they asked to change bearing which apparently costed around 4000😢
So we have no clue as to the cost of spare parts. As long as the vehicle runs smoothly, no need to worry. But when when a problem comes, either there is no support, or the spare parts are beyond our limits.
The 3rd gen is overpriced. I had purchased the full option vehicle for 1.48, the same price is there for the base version without all the useful features.

ഇപ്പ സർവീസ് കുറച്ചു ബെറ്റർ ആയി
ചളി തെറിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും, 2മത് software bug ആണ് എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയ പ്രശ്നം വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി 3ടിക്കസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ പുതിയ updation വന്നു പിന്നെ indicator പ്രോപ്പർ working അല്ല, ഒരു side ഇപ്പോഴും ശരിയായിട്ടില്ല. Bug ആണെന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്
I was also having one side indicator problem. Service centre replaced the switch under warranty and the issue was solved

സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശമാണ്, 5000km ആണ് fisrt സർവിസ് വരുന്നത് എന്നാൽ 5000 km date കിട്ടിയില്ല 6500 km കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് സർവിസ് കിട്ടിയത്.. ഇനി വണ്ടിയെ കുറിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞാൽ പുറത്തു കാണുന്ന build qualty ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് ഇല്ല, എടുത്തു4 ദിവസം ആയപ്പോഴേക്കും ഇൻഡിക്കേറ്റർ ഒരു side bug വന്നു, ഒരുമാസം ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും conset complaint ആയി, അതായത് handle tight 2 complaint പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ather service സെന്ററിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു reply പോലും കിട്ടിയില്ല, 2 ആഴ്ച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു complaint മാറ്റാൻ കൊടുത്തിട്ട്
എടുത്ത് one mnth ആയപ്പോൾ horn complaint aayi.. അത് pinnaem ok...but service centres കൂടുതൽ ഇല്ലാത്തത് ഒരു problem ആണ് electric വണ്ടികൾക്ക് 🙁

The first thing I did didn't liked is the current UI. The earlier one was having
1. Two trip meters
2. Consumption indicator in dashboard (Wh/km)
3. Real time efficiency indicator (red halo)
The consumption indicator is still available in the app (but not realtime and that too with a subscription)
Secondly ather goes back from the promises. During the launch of gen 3.1 it was assured that cruise control and advanced regen will soon be made available all the ather users (gen 2 and above). However, ather now backed out from what they said cheating the customers.
