Thank you for sharing postnatal content! Would it be possible to modify the routine for less weight bearing time on the wrists? A lot of mamas (incl me) experience over-worked wrists from excess weight and holding the little one during the postpartum period.
Hi yes of course! You can go on elbows instead of wrists. Or if it’s really bad miss those ones out and do another set of the side lying or supine lying exercises!
