- Choya's are porting around WvW and 1 shotting people everywhere! But in all seriousness, don't run this build unnatural traversal will always be a dogshit skill unless they make it instant cast again.
I came back to WvW during April fools for like 3 hours to make this montage, which is why the clips are pretty meh. If Unnatural Traversal is buffed to be instant cast again you can expect more montages but for now I don't have that much fun playing WvW. Just no fun builds to play or fight as of right now and probably forever.

I tried out adding in text commentary, let me know if you want to see more of it! If I do more text commentary in future videos I will make sure it looks nice, but this was a low effort video that didn't have good clips. The goal for this commentary was to point out big mistakes and also some things viewers may not have noticed but they can learn from, I didn't point out every mistake I made that wasn't major and obvious (for example: random dodges or using skills out of range). Let me know how I can improve commentary in the future, if I get back into wvw or get good enough at spvp I may even give you tips in my smooth silky voice.
Really like the comments, they add a lot of value to the video for me. Balance is important. I'm no fan of ppl reading the skill/trait tool tips aloud. I want to understand the why/your opinions, not just listen to what I can read myself or gameplay without comments on thoughts and decisions. Would be great if the comments show a bit longer. Had to pause and rewind a couple of times now.
@@mogsvei5255 thank you for the feedback! I was thinking they might need to be longer, but because of comments having multiple parts I felt like if they were longer some parts would show at the wrong times. I’ll experiment in the future.
@@sylver4494 I like the commentary too. It does feel a little awkward to look away from the action and read the text before it disappears. If you want to make it super easy to follow, you could freeze-frame for comments, or just put the text closer to the center of the screen. Freeze-frame would be higher effort of course, but idk, maybe there's a quick way to do that kind of edit. You wouldn't necessarily have to do it for every comment either, maybe just when there's a lot happening.
Good stuff man! I like the commentary as well. Some do disappear quite fast, either maybe fade em in/out to give em some more screen time or decreasing a bit the text size to fit some more in at one time, giving a good reason to leave it on screen longer.
Nonetheless, always fun to see your stuff, keep it going!

How is untamed atm in both wvw and spvp is performing well compared to vindi and warriors?
In wvw, it depends on the build. The build I am playing in this video is very bad, and power untamed doesn't get all that much better. Celestial untamed is very good in wvw, one of the best builds rn. But its also insanely boring to play. In spvp, untamed is an ok ranked spec but I don't think its meta. Compared to vindi and spellbreaker, untamed is worse and also countered by both.

@@meemigemeemes7875 the weapons are axe/warhorn and staff. Dagger/warhorn is okay for duels into some matchups, but against most things axe is much better. If you happen to be fighting a renegade with permanent proj hate, swap to dagger warhorn. I no longer really play it, so over patches I don’t really know which pets and traits/gear are best in slot, so that will be something you have to figure out for yourself. But most likely the traitlines are nature magic, wilderness survival, untamed.

If you actually wanted to play power untamed at its peak, or just wanted to learn the spec, I would suggest playing storm spirit or hunt signet w/ wolf pet instead if unnatural traversal and drake. If you do play hunt signet, use the signet trait.
