    Ever since I saw the book being promoted on a podcast. I bought it, listened to the Audiobook several times. I took a deep dive into every interview of Criss Voss and the Black Swan Group and watched as many interviews and podcasts several times (and still do)..... I started incorporating this with my co-workers Especially those who hated me and now I went from hated to disliked😂. My relationships with friends and family have gotten much deeper and was able to get a major promotion at my employment. Thank you Everyone at the black Swan Group
