Just a quick PSA for everyone playing Elsbeth: Do not put a Garden of Morr into the Moot, if the settlement changes hands afterwards it will crash your game 100% of the time (and unless you keep saves in between, that's pretty much the end of the campaign)
I watched this and I genuinely do not understand why you go for Karak Izor. You can easily chain in the Skull-takerz horde into Fort Saul and sell that to Clan Angrund for alliance once they take Karak Izor. Then, if you bait out the army from Steingart, you can have a really nice chain into defeating the orcs by the end of turn 5 and Elspeth would be around level 10.... Durthu can be befriended by colonizing and giving him Gristle Valley (kind of a bad deal, 2500 for maybe 700ish, but having your west secure can be really worth it). If you fight Averland and confederate Stirland, by turn 10 you can have the whole southern Empire and be at Vlad's throat... Averland gives tons of schematics too...
Did they change how you get stundents for the empire? Turn 35 and got none right now. Got multiple armies with heroes leveling up while not researching. Thanks
in my game you cant recruit 3 units from wissenburg only 2 and with the same army it says "Valiant Defeat" when attacking pfeidorf, hes playing on hard but it seems easier
I use AR mods so I recommend fighting all battles manually if you aren't. The point of my guide is to showcase strategies. As for the three unit recruitment. There are commandments and buildings that increase that.
The speed at which you do this is not suitable for new players. Please consider slowing down even just a little to let those of us not completely familiar with mechanics the time to absorb and understand what you’re doing.
You can't cheat in a single player game. Mods are no different than choosing different difficulties and other settings when starting a game. 🙄 Mods make playing fun or less tedious for the player, which is the point of gaming.
I like mods. Especially the one that rids the game of minor settlement battles. They get so ridiculously boring 😴 Same map over and over! You know you're not going to lose them anyway, so why not just expedite that pain and fight on the open field.

Really like these long campaign guides

You only have a chance to get them fighting battles after research has just been completed.
They also lowered the chance of getting them.
@@Costin_Gaming thanks. Great guide as always

Does the extra dmg upgrade on gun units that you get on the first turn result in them killing their targets in one less volley?
Potentially. It's an upgrade that stacks with other upgrades. Ammo goes further, plus high damage inflicts additional morale penalties
The speed at which you do this is not suitable for new players. Please consider slowing down even just a little to let those of us not completely familiar with mechanics the time to absorb and understand what you’re doing.
He's got lots of other videos you should check out first before watching advanced playthrough guides like this. Consider them primers for this
I'd lesson to the above comment or pause at the end of each turn
Agreed, I got 50 hours in the game so far and I was kinda lost watching this guide.
You did use mods that's heating.

Lol, how’d you decide this?
Was it written down in your Cheater’s Rulebook?
