Excellent review, I like the close up video takes 👍👍👍
Thank you 🙏🏾
Wow the premium gas ⛽️ is killing it for me. 😢
Same 😅
They are wanting 95k OTD for a first edition here in my area :/
Yeah they are a bit pricey. 😅
You can’t sit in the trunk area of it like you did, if you’re over 120 lbs, because of the hybrid battery. There is a warning sticker at the end of the floor where the tailgate is that indicates this.
That's interesting. For the models w/ the 3rd row seat, where are they located and are they not on the battery?
its only the for the small container area not the whole trunk...
I was torn between one of these and a 5th gen 4Runner, but ended up choosing the 4R. I don't like all the added complexity of this vehicle, and don't need all the extra driving assistance. Although Toyota does hybrids well, I don't want two powertrains and a maxed out 4 cylinder. I decided a tried and true V6 was good enough, and that this LC isn't worth the additional $15k.
Good choice if you ask me.
$56k and no power seat?! Looks great though IMO. Take the bad with the good I guess.
Definitely missing some quality features at that price point, but I’m starting to realize that’s the new norm. 😅
the price is way too much for a 4 cylinder SUV they are much better options than this for the same price plus toyota since 2022 is not being reliable anymore way too many problems and quality control and too much cheap plastic everywhere
Interesting. Appreciate your insight. I’ve surprisingly been hearing that a lot about Toyota lately. Also when making these videos I see a lot of other creators speaking on the poor build quality on other models of Toyota’s.
I understand your point, but there are extremely powerful (and expensive) 3cyl motors in the auto market (for example). Is it really bad that there aren’t more cylinders if it has the power (which it very much does have)? I’ve heard this numerous times, but haven’t been able to verify the merit of the claim with engineers or expert mechanics. But, I’m trying to find out! Many cars have had cheaper, less powerful options which has often meant fewer cylinders (e.g. Bronco), but that doesn’t mean a four cylinder can’t be more powerful, reliable, better built, modern, etc. than a six, does it? Maybe it does. This thing is also made in Japan, which scores it a few points in my book. I’m curious your thoughts…
@KaptKevin you're right now days 4 cylinders are very powerful looks at GM with their Turbomax 4 cylinders on a Silverado or Sierra since 2019 and so far I hear people are happy and lots of torque
This is NOT THE Landcruiser.. just call it what it is..a Prado like the international version..
🧐
But the Prado is the “Land Cruiser Prado,” so it seems correct to call it a Land Cruiser even outside of the US. Also, are you sure this video isn’t from the US where this vehicle has been named the Land Cruiser?
Travel much? Seen ppl rocking (2 & 4) door LC Prados...90's n 00's +
In East Asia, Arab nations, Colombia, Ecuador. They all Landcruisers and everyone there knows it.... Even if they call it the Prado for Short ( the baby Land cruiser). And the Giant is called the LandCrzr for short.. But they all Landcruisers
It’s a land cruiser!!
