My my the flutzes. Not even a question that the inside edge was used. She's also much hunchier than I remember - posture was sorely lacking here, as was flow across the ice. She cleaned this up a lot by the Olympics.
I like Sarah's flow and movement here in this performance better than her Olympic win performance! Very nice!
I preferred her Olympic program! She changed the last piece of music for Olympics so it was much more dynamic and impactful. Here the music was soft and stayed on "one plane" from start to finish.

Agree. And for me like all MK programs look the same. The same jumps, similar choreo, the same spiral.
And MK had also flutz.

she should have won this event! but i guess she got her revenge the following weekend at skate canada LOL and not to mention the olympics

E Rivera very under rotated is a bit of an exaggeration, it was a quarter of a cheat

she was better than kwan so was tara kwan was overrated and the only reason she won all those us and national titles is because she kept hanging around for the olympics trying to win gold if she wouldve won gold in 98 or 02 she wouldve retired that very night
Both Tara and Hughes peaked at 16, and Michelle continued on at least almost through her mid-twenties winning championships. Try doing triples after 21.
@@MichaelDruck Michele's longevity was only due to her failure to win the Olympics. She has admited she would have retired way sooner if she won the Olympics. In fact at the latest when she was enjoying UCLA in the 99-2000 season.
