The advice you offer, regarding menopause and making changes, is spot on, Tammy! I will be 54 on June 30th and have been postmenopausal for nearly six years. I have also been a runner since the age of 12, so my weight and fitness level were always at a comfortable place for me. After menopause, however, I began to notice that maintaining my weight no longer came easy for me, so I cut out ultra-processed foods and added sugar, and I began to add strength training into my exercise regime. And, not to toot my own horn, but I think this is important to point out as it might inspire others, at nearly 54 years of age with two grown children and postmenopausal for six years I can still run six miles in 48 minutes, and my waist size is still 24 inches, so what you say, Tammy, is absolutely true! Being healthy and strong and beautiful can absolutely be achieved and maintained after menopause! ❤
I do not have much joint pain and I am 70 years old, I walk at a good pace for at least an hour and a half everyday, very rarely miss a day and have done so for the last 2 years. I also do a weight routine for upper body with 3 to 5 pound weights 4 to 5 times a week. Firm believer that a body should be in motion as much as possible, not only for your physical health but mental health as well. Thank you Tammy, you look amazing and I love your style!!!!
I'm with you, Tammy. I was born in 59 and fighting this aging thing as best I can. I take a slew of supplements, try to avoid sugar, and keep this body moving. You look fabulous!
I used to take vitamin C and D and a calcium supplement. Thank you Tammy, for sharing this because I really do need to get back into a routine. A lot of these products I didn't know about. In less than a week I fell down twice. I tripped over a cord the first time and the second time, my dog got in my way and made me fall. Thankfully I'm okay. I was born in 1963. A pill organizer is a great idea! I'm so happy for you, Tammy! 💗💞💗
Miss Tammy your such an inspiration to all of us, your transformation has been amazing, please don’t take that wrong, you have always been a beauty in my eyes but I can actually see how your body has changed, more toned if I may say so. I am that person that has made the excuse that menopause has made me gain these extra 20-25 lbs. I’m 69 and just got cleared from my Dr that I can start exercising, I just started this week walking on my treadmill an hr in the morning. Now I need to focus on my eating and get that MyFitnessPal app and try to figure how much of what I should be eating, I do know that carbs are not my friend and that’s going to be the hardest on me. Would love to see more videos on how and what your doing to keeping or getting fit. I know this is asking a lot but a 7 day meal eating plan would be great, I’m not good at thinking up different things to cook. I’m pretty basic and can eat the same things over and over.😘. Guess I should have finished watching this video before I stopped to make my comment. Thank you for the upcoming videos. Bless you.❤💪💪
Thank you Tammy for sharing your healthy lifestyle with us. I'm a few years older than you and I know that inflammation of the joints can sometimes be uncomfortable. My cholesterol level was abit high over six months ago, my Dr suggested I take Statins. I didn't want to take prescription pills so... I did my own research... I take Sytrinol. I bought these at the Health store, they are vegan and did help reduce my cholesterol. However... I changed my diet, I exercise more and when I got my test redone my Dr was pleased with the results. He said, 'whatever you are doing, keep doing it 😊 I take Omega 3 , Vitamin C , & a Multi Vitamin daily, most recently started taking the Leanfit Hydrolyzed Collagen protein. I've noticed since taking the Collagen protein my arthritis issues aren't as noticeable as they were, I'm happy with the results so far. It's important to consult with your Dr before taking any other supplements as some can alter the effectiveness of any medication that someone can be currently taking. Take care everyone 😊
Great video Tammy, this almost 66 yr young lady her, totally agrees with you we can't always blame the hormones and menopause. I take what why my body needs . I supplement my nutrition with D3/K2 , Zinc, elderberry, Vit.C ,fish oil ,magnesium and collagen powder. I am on no pharmaceuticals . I don't deny myself a treat one in a while I use 80/20 rule cause yes i enjoy life to the fullest. Be well stay healthy and young at heart .
I buy small color-coded pill bags and fill them with my vitamins for morning, noon and evening supplementation. I fill 30 little bags for am, noon and pm intake (90 bags total) and then put each color in a sandwich bag for the month. I keep them in a little basket. I pull out each of the 3 packs for the day and it makes taking my vitamins easy when I'm on the go, at work or when I travel. One of the supplements that I take is glutathione which helps with detoxification. I also do my own B12 injections weekly - which is doctor prescribed.
I also take the B12 shots- I was not absorbing the drops, they say we produce smaller amounts of stomach acid as we age and it is harder to absorb B12. Celiac's should all look into B12 shots.
I love what you said about how to approach menopause. It’s such a big transition, but one where we can still enjoy life, movement, holiday gatherings that involve food etc. It’s been a pretty big learning curve for me, but in the end, I’m just truly grateful to be aging. And like you, I want to have fun while doing so. 💗😊
Tammy-I take a similar supplement regimen. I agree about the magnesium glycinate, the D3 and the K2. I am 56 and have had multiple sclerosis since 2011. I do have to take one prescription medication for that, but otherwise I am healthy and have not had any relapses since my diagnosis. I see a neurologist at Cleveland Clinic for my conventional medical treatment but I also see a Functional Medicine MD at Cleveland Clinic. She has been very helpful in recommending the right supplements to make sure my gut microbiome is healthy and my immune system remains strong as I age. I did pick up on your issue with the acid reflux. I also began to have problems with that and I was able to fix it myself by taking "digestive bitters" along with digestive enzymes and a digestive probiotic. The digestive bitters don't work for everyone, but they may be worth a try for you to be able to go off your prescription medication. The particular ones I use are from Wellena. There is a bottle of a blend you take before a meal, and a bottle of a blend you take after a meal. I only have to take mine before and after my evening meal. I make sure I have only water after I eat my evening meal and nothing to eat three hours before bedtime. I sincerely hope you can ditch that Prilosec eventually. You look wonderful! Congratulations on your weight loss, healthy eating and exercise routines AND with growing out your hair!! You're an inspiration to many! I am a nurse and have been for 34 years now. I left an extremely stressful position managing four outpatient clinics. I now work from home for over a year now doing a different type of nursing. I have been able to focus more on my health and I was always a size 6-8 leaning more to the 8 side until the job change. Just recently realized I am now back to a size 6 just improving my diet. Now to get back on my bike and paddle board and do some weights for my arms! Thanks for all you do for us! I appreciate your suggestions!
Hey Tammy! This may sound a little gnarly (it did to me at first 😆) but I’ve started taking desiccated beef organs in capsule form every day - some refer to it as “nature’s multivitamin” because it’s so loaded with bioavailable vitamins! CoQ10, Vit A, B vitamins, Zinc, etc. I also take cod liver oil, a whole food form of Vit C, and the Pure Encapsulations Mag Glycinate. I drink one adrenal cocktail per day (orange juice, cream of tartar, coconut water, and Redmonds Real Salt). And I use some oils from Young Living to help support progesterone and estrogen. I try to have a serving of collagen in a daily smoothie, and I seed cycle for my hormones as well. Now I just need to be better about MOVING my body and dialing in my diet a bit more! ANY videos on your food and exercise will be SO APPRECIATED!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Guided to look you up today. You help me stay on track. Struggling currently with MS symptoms its so easy not to get dressed. You have helped me so much over the years to get out of the funk Blessings Tammy xoxo
❤Love you Tammy……I have breast cancer and double mastectomy Nov 2022. I have been put on a hormone blocker which has given me various side effects. One being, joint pain. One thing that has been helping me, organic Tart 🍒 Cherry concentrate. I add about 2 TBLS to about 8oz water. I also take a tart cherry supplement. I take other vitamins as well, but this was one I wanted to share that I didn’t really think would help. When I realized how I felt different when I ran out I ran to my Amazon Prime to put on auto ship 😂
I am with you on wearing the best supportive shoe when walking or workouts. I still need to figure out the macro thing.. many of the things you mentioned that you don’t eat because they upset your gut are the same things that bother me. I just haven’t taken the time to really concentrate on how the macro plan works, but I did add supplements to my life.
Lots of knowledge here. I have a few comments: Fiber: I eat lots of veggies (steamed), mostly chicken and fish a few times a week. I'm not so sure if it's the fiber or eating too much protein that at the end of the day I get a lot of flatulence "episodes". TMI? Phytophanere: I remember I started taking these because of an old video from you. They are excellent. Viviscal: been taking Viviscal for years. Didn't know about the Viviscal Pro. The ones I take are ones that come in a white and red box. Highly recommend them. Potassium: Will include this on my supplements. You just said something that I go thru as well. When working out, if I get up from the bench I get light headed as well. I always thought it was my vertigo for which I also take Gingko Biloba. I'll see if the Potassium helps.
Thank you for sharing Tammy. You always make great detailed content and I do appreciate your work with making the effort for quality content. 💜 Idea- It would be fun to hear what you and Lou are watching on TV or movies you have enjoyed. Also, your favorite UA-cam/Instagram /tictok creators you watch. What do you do in the evening to unwind?
I started taking iron capsules the non irritating to your stomach ones for my hair, read many articles about iron deficiencies & hair issues, they help bloodflow & oxygen to the hair follicles, i love your hair, mines long too , but buns & ponytails can get boring. I agree about supplements & have been learning about herbs for years. Great video
Thank you for sharing this is so helpful for us ageless beauties out here. I have also follow the macros way of weight loss and currently lost 12 1/2 lbs and just 2.5lbs away from goal!!! It’s been a slow process but finally at almost 64 next month I’m seeing results. Question has anyone struggle with brain fog. Honestly sometimes it’s so bad I have a hard time focusing it’s terrible. If anything has helped you please share!! Thank you again for making these videos they are soooo helpful. Take care ladies you are all fabulous ❤
You are a class act 100% Thank you for being respectful of others at the gym. I had a major issue with this chic that was constantly filming while I was trying to work out.
I am so happy for you!!! I will watch every healthy video you produce -LOL- I have been watching you since your "make your own Vit C serum!" We are aging gracefully together!!!
Thank you so much Miss Tammy I am so happy you are doing this Its 3 years post menopause and I am needing this advise so much God bless you and Lou xxxx
I too have very expensive urine but have avoided doctors and pharmaceuticals and I’m 65. People can’t believe I’m a day over 50. I take all the same supplements as you and vital proteins I’ve been taking for 10 years when they first were developed. When I stop taking them is when I notice a difference so I make sure I’m never without them.
This was fantastic, thank you for sharing Tammy…love being an ageless beauty with you. The supplement(s) that have really helped my health are NAC, Vitamin D, Quercetin, Magnesium (take the same PURE brand as you/going to try Magnesium L-Threonate next as it has good research for better mental clarity especially in menopause), Black seed oil, and a good B12 complex….but if I had to choose just a few I would say NAC, V-D and magnesium. Since taking NAC while I’ve had a few colds and flu viruses, I have not had one chest infection, pneumonia or bronchitis and this is a weak area for me. I take a V-C on and off or when needed. Xxx
@@jeanetteh.9240 It is a potent antioxidant and improves lung, liver health and increases Glutathione levels. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is the full name but usually goes by NAC. I have noticed a huge difference in cold and flu season and especially during COVID I was able to keep my natural immune system strong…big improvement for me as I usually get hit hard each winter. I think I will always take this now.
Magnesium at night lately has really helped me calm. Collagen powder in coffee every a.m. , joints for Sure...and skin, hair, nails. Biotin, D3, Calcium, Q10, an eye vitamin etc. 😂 I love your huge pill keeper idea!
I wish I could follow you around all day and do as you do. You are great! Thanks. I have found that magnesium at night both helps me sleep and helps me with RLS and leg cramps. I will not go without it. Thank you, Tammy.
I went through the covid hair loss ordeal and at first, I went for the topicals ~ Nioxin, and/or any type of topical treatment, and those were no help at all. Then I started re-taking fish oil with regularity and ~ boom, the hair loss subsided. I take Wiley's Finest, Wild Alaskan Fish Oil, which is pretty expensive, but it is what it is !!
Thank you bunches Tammy! Have you guys heard of BLUE ZONES ( world’s longest-lived cultures). I'm reading the book by Dan Buttoner with all the practical tips and research for well being and healthy aging 😍 🙏 Anywhose, it sounds like I'm keeping my caffeine and 5 pm wine 😉 It's a fascinating read!
I recently started a magnesium supplement, what a difference it made, not sure why I didn’t take that earlier. I love that it helps with a multiple of things too
I also have found that the Phyo vitamin has helped my nails. I did have a hard time finding it as I had purchased it from Nordstrom and they no longer had it. Because I am on HRT I am finding I must be careful about how much vitamin E I consume as it makes estrogen. I am also taking most of the vitamins you are taking and like you I hate putting them in a dispenser, but it is time saving in the long run. I have lost some weight since I am now counting Macros, but I will never be a size 6 as the smallest I have ever been was a 10. Thanks 😊
Logical and well explained. I have that same thought about cutting out supplements ... don't want to think about what might happen! :) Thanks for sharing!
I just read your comment.....I think I'm going to try this!! Everyone talks about Glucosamine and Chondroitin, which I've also thought about trying. I didn't know Curcumin was good for joints. (I learn so much reading comments!) I'll try the Curcumin first and see how it goes. Thanks! : )
Tumeric and fish oil for joint pain. Also think about removing gluten and dairy. This has made a dramatic difference for me. Joint pain is inflammation in the body so supplements and food choices that reduce inflammation is the way to go.
I'd be interested in hearing more about Lou's diet since I also have high cholesterol and am concerned with my heart health. My doctor wants to have me start a statin but I want to go the diet and exercise route first since I have not had any kind of heart event and feel that I could improve the natural way.
Thank you Tammy I can't wait to see exercise tips from you ( whenever & wherever you can film!) Maybe poolside at your home like the one u did a few weeks ago? Suggestion: Shorts ( to make it easy for you ) maybe an arm video, stretching, glutes, etc? I myself am keto for the most part - & after about 5 years of slacking on exercise u r inspiring me! (Starting with the walking videos you posted!) So thank you so very much ❤ Have a great trip! P.s. Xinc, Vitamin D3 with K2 and magnesium taurate are my most important, immune protective supplements along many others I take!
I really enjoyed this very interesting video Tammy. I take Adcal D 3 (Not a lot of sunshine in Scotland). I also take vitamin c and zinc, magnesium, and fish oil capsules.
I take vitamin D3 daily 2x5000IU, when I quit for awhile my levels went down so I agree that you should take this supplement especially for those of us that live in areas where the sun does not shine so much! Also Penn Smith just did a video about the importance of magnesium, worth watching:)
I would love some home exercise ideas using weights and maybe some heathy lunch ideas because I’m still working. Hope to retire in 2 yrs and then I’ll have time for the gym but my day starts at 4am and I don’t get home until 5:30-5:45pm (I travel 3 1/2 to 4 hrs a day). Thank you and I love your videos!! ❤
Hi Tammy, love the supplements video. I have recently started taking seamoss gel and it's really helping my nails to grow. Gives a bit of energy if taken first thing in the morning. Can help to dull your appetite also. I eat mostly vegetarian too x
This is similar to the brand I'm taking. You can also make your own with Seamoss...just do a search on YT for homemade sea moss gel and you will find an easy recipe. Store in a jar in the fridge for a week and take a spoonful on an empty stomach. This and nettle leaf extract (Nature's Way) is really helping my nails and skin. It is noticeable in only a few weeks. I use a brand of seamoss called Sublime Seamoss gel but I'm not sure how widely available it is. Easy to make your own and less expensive.
Where to start with macro diet? I’m taking some supplements but not as many as you. Fiber and protein has been my focus. I was on antidepressants during pandemic because I lost several family members. I’m off of those. Yay! Thank you! ❤
Tammy - how many pounds a week did you aim to lose during your weight loss? I’m on my own weight loss journey and I’m concerned about a deflated, melting face. I’m working on losing 30 lbs which I think is what you lost. You look great by the way!
1 lb...I did not want to lose it quickly...it took me almost a year...I started in July of last year...I chose the slow route so my face did not sag...
I watched your channel about 5 to 6 yrs. ago, my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, so I stopped watching, gave him my undivided attention, needless to say I stopped taking good care of myself! I really am in sync with your way of thinking so I will be looking forward to your overall information for us older women . I am a few yrs. Older but definitely feel like you have a lot to share , like the vitamins! I had COVID 2 times and am still fighting ongoing long term health issues . Like you , I am getting in shape exercising, lifting dumbbells, stationary bicycle, etc. I chat with others who have long term COVID and they all take a lot of vitamins, trace minerals, Krill oil, COQ10, magnesium, D3, K2, B12, etc.
Viviscal 100% works! I've used it off and on for years. I've recommended it to men and women and they have all had success with it. I plan on trying some of the vitiamins you recommed in this video, thank you!
Magnesium I also take it's good helping BP stay down 🇬🇧🙏I found that zinc made my nails improve massively but I also use 3 nights a week Sally hansen nail conditioner
Beauty pie make a vit D3 + K2 in one. I look to see if it vegetarian as I started at 30 and have been a vegetarian for 43 years. I don't have alcohol and have not had any since I was 48, it makes my heart beat too fast. I use beauty pie Supergut?
I do not drink any alcohol at all...I have never enjoyed it...and now studies are coming out that there are NO health benefits to drinking any form of alcohol...
Tammy TODAY is the perfect time to try Andrew Lessman’s Omega 3’s. It’s on a “special” today on HSN. His omega’s are in a “triglyceride” base and the absorption is superior to a base of Ethyl Esters, no fishy taste or smell, doesn’t repeat. The best fish oil I’ve taken! I take many supplements and have for most of my life (73 and on no meds). A well formulated omega should improve bone & joint health, improve skin, support heart health, etc. I hope you will consider placing an order today. ❤️ ~ Linda
I take D-3 4000, (Natures's Bounty) Mega Red Krill oil, 500, Cranberry pill every morning, B-12. And sometimes I take the Fiber gummies you take, magnesium upsets my stomache, I take 1 blood pressure pill , 20mg in the afternoon, I am 69. My hair was about 3 inches from my waist I just Friday went and had 4 inches cut and long layers as I live in South Texas and summertime is here! Love seeing you do so well Tammy, wish I understood the macros better. Will have to look into it more, I try to stick to low-carb as I am pre=diabetic but take no meds for it. God bless you and Lou!!!
I have been taking Visacal professional for -oh, 5 years or so and it definitely has helped with hair lose and growth. I will continue to use this. Spendy - but it works!
looking forward to your tennis shoe preferences! i wear my Earth shoes because of the heel, tennis shoes are too flat and i feel slumped over and frumpy when i wear them love your pill organizers ty xo ❤
Tammy, please check that the krill oil you take is from wild sources. That's very important. Love you and you look fabulous. You are inspiring me, dear!
Hey Tammy ,thanks for sharing your supplements with us, my doctor never recommends a vitamin or supplement ever, maybe its time for me to get a second opinion🤣. But I do take some supplements on my own, never really know if any of it truly works. But hey I am still here kicking🤣. And thank God for that. Have a blessed day Ladies.🙏😇💞🙌🤩🥰😎🌹👍👍
Hi Tammy Appreciate you so much sharing and giving me the thoughts and inspiration to make things better. Would luv the dog grooming video and tips on self manicures as I am looking for ways to make my budget easier. I believed you said on the manicures they are done differently now but old school is still valuable. One last item is any ideas you can give on meals ( non meat high fiber) Thanks being there.
Suffering with the worst GERD (just turned 50 and this was one of my “gifts” 🙃) and do not want to start the prescription route. Just bought the 2 PURE digestive enzymes you mentioned to try. Thank you for sharing! Do you take them with each meal?
Tammy - I do take the Vital proteins collagen in my coffee and my hairdresser said my hair is really coming in thicker. I added a good number of these supplements to my Amazon cart for the same reasons you use them. I have night time leg spasms and don't feel like getting up and soaking in a hot tub when all I really want is to sleep. I don't eat fish. Only seafood and not enough to make a difference. You ate motivating me and I appreciate that! You also look fabulous! Have a wonderful day and can't wait to hear more about your journey! Maybe my next step is to stop coloring my hair! Take care ~ lori
that was funny " fall apart " lol...I really appreciate all you say. I love the way a garlic smell. I write down the supplement you take so I can order for me. I have gotten somewhat lazy about taken my vitamins felt like I've been takin too many, but you do take quite a bit, so now I know it's ok. keep doing what your doing I love hearing from you. stay safe and take care !!
I, too, take supplements and I find your trays interesting. Will purchase. How do you find reputable companies for supplements? It’s the Wild West out there.. so many companies have little to none of the products listed. I try to find only third party tested or USP. I don’t order from Amazon because of the huge problem with fakes and old products…I do get a lot from Costco and a very busy vitamin store. I see several items I don’t take and will find.. I appreciate this video! I changed COMPLETELY my eating last October. Stopped all sugar and alcohol. Started eating poultry and eggs and some dairy after being vegan for 25 years… I’m thin but I was getting so weak and frail looking and I hated how much muscle I was losing. I fixated on lots of protein and calcium on my food. I kept same exercise..but now find incredible changes in my body already! My belly flattened after giving up all sugar..I added the collagen peptides powder and no more knee pain..and I now walk with my 12 lb weighted vest with no tiredness. My weight lifting is showing results and my yoga is better. I am 76, 5’4” and 115 lbs. I take no medication. I did have 1 dessert at Christmas and 1 piece of cake on my birthday in February. Sweets are celebration only. No processed food ever! (Garbage in is garbage out🤪) It’s never too late to change…Tammy, your journey is showing it can be liberating to find a way out from this fog. There is so much junk out there offered as “food” and you have to make better choices. There is no magic pill.. it is CHOICES.
Great info, CMT but my goodness, I guess I need to _up_ my supplement game! 😆 I currently only take: a B12 (I like the MyKind Organic spray), a D3, 1000mg of Vitamin C and an Omega-3; currently on the hunt for a calcium (preferably a Cal-Mag combo) that's easy to swallow and doesn't bother my stomach. I will say that once I added the Vitamin D to the mix several years ago, I noticed that my SAD (seasonal affective disorder) is _almost_ non-existent. 🤷🏼♀ Thanks for sharing! ❤
Also about the hair loss I started in January my hair was falling out at a massive rate. Fortunately I have a lot. But it's only just stopping and I have lots of sprouts coming up now. I went for a hormone panel test and a hypothyroid both were fine and I put mine down to having covid last October. It takes 3 to 4 months after having covid for hair loss to happen and the hair loss lasts for 4 months maybe longer. But I found novomins pink gummies to help the best out of all the things and I have taken horsetail and viviscal and other brands of biotin to help. I've even put my led facemask on my head (which I believe helps too!) 😊 hope this advice helps you or your readers
I take a lot of supplements and I'm not sure what is and isn't working but there are two things that have made a difference that I can identify (other than my HRT, which is not a supplement) and those are apple cider vinegar for my acid reflux and raw, unfiltered local honey, for my seasonal allergies. And yes, I have expensive pee too! 😅
Fabulous video! Thank you! I am also on the supplement train - not 'quite' to the degree as yourself, but I do believe I will get closer having watched this 'very' informative video. Elaine xx
When you shuffle off to Buffalo wave to me as you pass by New Hartford, NY (just south of Utica)! 😆 I really think my turmeric with curcumin and black pepper helps with inflammation and joints (lots of science behind this one!) Also mushroom extracts for immune system, especially Chaga and Lion’s Mane (some promising science behind these). LOVED this video!! 💖🌺💖 Thx!
Hey Sis 👋 I just started Ashwagandha gummy so far good 👍 I'm 61 . I also like NMN by Solesis it took all the aches and pain out of my body even while exercising and weight lifting no pain in my muscles. I stopped and it all cam back I'm going to repurchase now.😅
Hi Tammy, Another great video. I love the pill organizer. I agree when the vitamins are in the bottle in the cabinet, I tend to forget to take all of my vitamins. I'll have to try the pill organizer. I'm so glad you & I are aging together. I'm 61 and have joint issues too. Not too bad though. I do take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides too. I do notice that if I don't take it for a few days I start feeling stiff again. Also, I have to keep moving. I live in NY and was in FL last week. I love the sun and warm weather. My joints feel so much better in FL. Ok, here's a new question for you. What brand of bra do you wear? I've been wearing the same one for years and need a change. I feel like I need to change all of my undergarments right now. Would love your recommendation.
Good morning, enjoyed your video. What are your thoughts on Nutrafol? I take Vitamin D, C, K, ,Zine, Nicotinamide, Phytoceramides (for skin health). Your thoughts. Congrats on your weight loss jorurney. Also Vital Proteins and Calm powder before bedtimel.
Gosh we do the same things. I swear I have supplements in the kitchen for morning, I would be embarrassed to let someone see my bathroom the counters are full of night supplements. Been one to do this all my life even if you eat right food is not what it use to be for that matter dirt is not as good as you use to be. lol My hubby looks and says your going to die taking all that and I said well I'm gonna die healthy!!! Oh I found a very good thing for hair growth Saw Palmetto watched a 90 year old lady on youtube she said this and pumpkin oil and she has a head full of hair. keep on keeping on girl. Well Tammy one a day can't have all those vitamins in them come on your doing the right thing
Thanks for the supplement info. I am in Phoenix, but am from the Buffalo area. I spent many years in Springville and North Collins. I am curious to know what area you are going to be going to. Say hello to all the flowers that I miss so much.
Elma Area is where we lived for 25 years...we will stay in that area...it is centrally located to many things...and still not overly built up with LOTS of traffic
Yes, many I cannot take...they bother my reflux and some do nothing for osteoporosis...my doctor did give me the nasal one...it dried my nose out so bad it was peeling inside...I stopped taking it...I am hoping that the exercise and lifestyle changes help...
@@TammysAgelessBeauty Oh wow, that must have felt uncomfortable having your nose peeling inside? Hopefully your next Dexa Scan may should good numbers! Do you get a Dexa Scan every year or 2 years? Thanks!

Turmeric curcumin for inflammation and tart cherry for joints and if you suffer from gout.
Took them both for years...
What is seed cycle?
great info thank you, I was also wondering about seed cycle?
I have a few comments:
Fiber: I eat lots of veggies (steamed), mostly chicken and fish a few times a week.
Idea-
It would be fun to hear what you and Lou are watching on TV or movies you have enjoyed.
You look incredible!! What you’re doing is working!
I am so happy for you!!! I will watch every healthy video you produce -LOL- I have been watching you since your "make your own Vit C serum!" We are aging gracefully together!!!
Great advice & information! Thanks for sharing. For me, the Vital proteins has really made a difference with my joint aches.
Thanks for sharing!!
Lol, I'm one of those who want to know all the healthy things you are doing. You are a true success story.
Much love
I have learned so much from you. You are a joy to watch
Xxx
Hello! What is NAC?
@@jeanetteh.9240 It is a potent antioxidant and improves lung, liver health and increases Glutathione levels. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is the full name but usually goes by NAC. I have noticed a huge difference in cold and flu season and especially during COVID I was able to keep my natural immune system strong…big improvement for me as I usually get hit hard each winter. I think I will always take this now.
@@marcyjackson7577 Thank you so much! I was not familiar with it. I hope it keeps working for you!
Hi Tammy
Can you do a video on how to used the rosemary oil for hair? Please
Thanks 😊
I take nutritional yeast, which is vitamin B, and I now have tons of energy! I have to take it early in the day or else I can’t sleep.
Logical and well explained. I have that same thought about cutting out supplements ... don't want to think about what might happen! :) Thanks for sharing!
I take Turmeric Curcumin for my joints and it really works for me. I can really tell a difference in the joints in my hands when I stop taking it.
I just love you, Tammy !!! you have such a spunky personality.. I love all the advice you give and your videos !
This was my favorite video of yours ever! Thank you!
Tammy, I have expensive P as well. I take a boatload of vitamins, similar to you.
Where and type are you purchasing the seamoss gel?
Yes I’d like to know this as well. Please share
@@Ro-rp3gl I replied below
@@TammysAgelessBeauty And it worked for you. Thanks I’m encouraged.
Oh ginger helps vertigo too, if your not on blood thinners
Thanks for sharing!!
Magnesium I also take it's good helping BP stay down 🇬🇧🙏I found that zinc made my nails improve massively but I also use 3 nights a week Sally hansen nail conditioner
I am always learning from you! ❤
Beauty pie make a vit D3 + K2 in one. I look to see if it vegetarian as I started at 30 and have been a vegetarian for 43 years. I don't have alcohol and have not had any since I was 48, it makes my heart beat too fast. I use beauty pie Supergut?
Alcohol makes my heart race also!
I do not drink any alcohol at all...I have never enjoyed it...and now studies are coming out that there are NO health benefits to drinking any form of alcohol...
Yes, to Black Seed Oil, Selenium, Quercetin and Bosmeric-SR , Vit D, B12 and just stopped taking probiotics and eating fermented foods instead.
God bless you and Lou!!!
supplements I like and try to take daily: fish oil, B12, evening primrose oil.
I have been taking Visacal professional for -oh, 5 years or so and it definitely has helped with hair lose and growth. I will continue to use this. Spendy - but it works!
Hi Tammy! Always appreciate your hair tips- wondering if you mix the rosemary oil with a carrier like coconut oil before applying to scalp?
looking forward to your tennis shoe preferences!
i wear my Earth shoes because of the heel, tennis shoes are too flat and i feel slumped over and frumpy when i wear them
love your pill organizers
ty xo ❤
They are working. You look amazing.
Good for you for not taking any medication!!!!
Looking forward to "must have" foods video! 💗💗
Thanks for this Tammy💕
Tammy, please check that the krill oil you take is from wild sources. That's very important. Love you and you look fabulous. You are inspiring me, dear!
Pure Encapsulations is a good vitamin brand !
I love the way you take care of yourself & share with us, you are Fabulous 💖💖💖
Yes...I take them before each meal...I hope they help you...the drugs are so bad...they prevent us from absorbing calcium...and B12
You look awesome. Great skin. I do bioidentical HRT and I get a lot of compliments on my skin.
(Garbage in is garbage out🤪)
It’s never too late to change…Tammy, your journey is showing it can be liberating to find a way out from this fog.
Looking forward to your "foods" video. Thank you, Tammy!
Instead of taking pumpkin seed oil capsules, buy yourself a bottle of pumpkin seed oil to put on your salads - so delicious!
I take suuplements from Lifespa - turmeric, essential minerals, ashwaganda
What lotion do you have on your skin?? You look amazing!! I started to lift weights at 45 and it made me look like a different person. Love it!
Thanks again 🌺
I have friends using Ozempic for weight loss experiencing hair loss and gut issues, not losing weight as fast as you.
Tammy you look stunning! Your arms are so toned!! 💪
I really think my turmeric with curcumin and black pepper helps with inflammation and joints (lots of science behind this one!)
Also mushroom extracts for immune system, especially Chaga and Lion’s Mane (some promising science behind these).
LOVED this video!! 💖🌺💖 Thx!
Hey Sis 👋
I just started Ashwagandha gummy so far good 👍 I'm 61 .
I also like NMN by Solesis it took all the aches and pain out of my body even while exercising and weight lifting no pain in my muscles.
I stopped and it all cam back I'm going to repurchase now.😅
Balancing my hormones helped my joint pain and hair.
Bra's...Oh how I hate buying them...I am on the hunt for a new brand as well...all the ones I loved are discontinued ( why does this not surprise me )
Oh my goodness! You look 10 years younger and radiate good health. BT W I like your minimal make up look today. Just a nice natural glow.😊
Thank you so much Jeannie!!
I haven't used it...so I cannot say for sure that it works...I would read the reviews ...it's a place to start...
Please do a video on your meals as soon as you can!
Thank you for all your inspiration - Ive decided to get moving - change some unhealthy habits and have some hope that fitness at 59 is possible!
You can do it!
I know you mentioned in one of your other videos that you have Osteoporosis? Have any of your doctors recommended any meds to take for it? Thanks!
Thanks!
Good morning Tammy,
Would you please give us a video with your recent AM face routine and your face devices.
Thank you so much
