So far it’s been almost 3yrs of me working out … I have tried many workout routines to see if they are effective or not… some were hitt and some were not so ‘hitt’ as they claimed themselves to be because they were only focusing on the abs or only thighs… but as much experience I have which is not much, I have to say you are in my top five effective workout list🎉 it’s beginner friendly and also good for the advanced ones too❤❤(English is my third language so don’t judge please😅)❤❤❤ enjoyed your workout btw

I'm going to update, maybe I'll do 10-15 days Day 1- hurts I did like 3 pause Day 2- I was shaking, 3-4 pause Day 3- Was less shaking but did 3 pause Day 4- Did the exercise much better, only did 2 pauses 🎉 I can see changes after only 4 days ! Didn't do it for 2 weeks cause I didn't feel motivated and had my period Day 5- I did it so well and only did 1 pause !!❤ Day 6- Did it in the morning, I was tired it was not my best Day 7- I did 1 pauses, can feel the burn (sometimes) Day 8- Wow, I felt the burn and barely did any pauses
Came across you due to a suggestion on Pam’s videos. She makes great content, but I love your exercise variety!! I have been a little tired of a million ab holds and mountain climbers 😅 Will be coming back!

Good workout BUT : I've been doing it for two month now and I have to say that I do feel that my side abs are stronger my waist is definitely larger and that was not the initial point for me so I'm gonna stop here. In conclusion if you're looking for gaining strengh in your side abs it's a really good workout but if you're looking into having a more snatched waist it is not the best one for that
Day one : my belly hurts so badd and i did only one time the workout Day two : i did twice the workout and it started being easy i still can t see some changes but in day 3 it will change Day 3 : i did twice again but nothing changed Day 4 : i did twice the workout and nothing rlly changed Day 5 : i definetly see some changes from day 1 to day 5 (im doing twice a day the workout) Day 6 : okay so i stopped doing this workout bc it only gave me abs and made my waist bigger , now im doing daisy keetch hourglass body workout and its better than this , sorry to dissapoint guys but this rlly doesn't work .
That is not how you see progress. You shouldn't do abs every day since your muscles need time to recover. You can't also expect changes in just a few days, you have to be consistent and watch your diet.
I have seen a lot of workout and a lot has never really worked for me, but I’m seeing everybody had pretty good results so can someone reply to this and share their experience with this video on how you felt or what you saw everyday! It would mean a lot, Thank you!♥️

Day 1 - I feel amazing, no breaks, did stop doing it once i heard the beep of the timer for some moves. But overall, great!
