All three of these chefs have so much personality. And dang I want to eat all three of these chops! I had to laugh when this video popped up because I’m making pork chops tonight too.
Onika: "You want to get a nice pork chop..." Lorenzo: "It has to be at least an inch thick with the bone in..." Frank: "So you're going to want to go to your local pig farmer and ask him how much organic water was used to raise the feed that was given to the hogs on Tuesday last..."
Any chance you guys could do some behind-the-scenes or blooper videos? I was always curious as to how the process goes when it comes to making these 3 level cooking/amateur vs professional videos 😅
Lvl 1 is actually good. Lorenzo's is like a pork chop you could serve for sunday gathering. Frank's pork chop is just simple technique, just need some patience to make.
Frank uses high quality ingredients, and makes dishes and side dishes from all around the world, his vast knowledge and his amazing mix of these dishes is what makes him a legend..... like .... he made an American dish (Pork Cjops) with Argentian sauce .... and once before he made American steaks with north African Salad/sauce, and the fact these things go along too well is mind blowing.
I love Lorenzo! I've always loved Lorenzo; his enthusiasm for cooking just shines through every time! Frank is more of an acquired taste - I love and appreciate him so much, although that wasn't the case at my first viewings with him. His knowledge yet down-to-earth approach brings cuisine elevation art to the masses. He's not just a food snob elitist as I first feared. I haven't yet seen much of Onika and I look forward to seeing more with her - her style of cooking and her background is just so different from my Italian-American upbringing!
Shout out to all Filipino foodies out there! My man Lorenzo representing Filipino culture like a boss. Those pork chops look AWE-SOME. I hope he gets his own youtube channel someday. I'd subscribe in a heartbeat.

I wish they would also give the level 1 and level 2 recipes in the description, not just the level 3. I never had philipino food and I really wanted to try Lorenzo’s pork chops.
When there some family gatherings or when when plan to swim, Lorenzo's dish is always there. Not just pork chop, we cook any parts of the pork and chicken, meat, intestine, liver, etc. We use banana ketchup, soy sauce, calamansi and other condiments. You really need to try the recipe, its so good.

Lorenzo's marinade looks absolutely heavenly - I can smell it piercing straight through my screen. The sweet brown sugar, the salty soy, the fragrant garlic and the tangy vinegar and soda... I use a marinade all too similar for salmon, with orange juice for extra citrusy sweetness and without chiles. Not that I dislike chiles, but this marinade was what convinced me to love salmon when I was 8. Lighter than pork, I think the extra sweetness complements salmon nicely, and I simply haven't felt the need to change what I already love - but I may try that exact marinade for salmon now!
