Alex Hutchings came in by our Glasgow store to show us what the BOSS Singer Pro can do. Expect looper features, on board effects, vocal harmonies, coffee bean shakers and insanely good improve jams.

Dual channels with discrete analog input electronics and three-band EQ
Dedicated guitar channel with Acoustic Resonance to restore natural tone to stage guitars with piezo pickups
Mic channel with phantom power and ¼-inch/XLR combo input for connecting a vocal/guitar microphone or second instrument source
Chorus effect on guitar channel, delay/echo effect on mic channel, and independent reverb on both channels
Harmony function automatically creates smooth and accurate vocal harmonies via real-time key/chord analysis of the guitar input
Built-in looper for practicing, developing ideas, and enhancing live performances

What model Yamaha Nylon is Alex playing please. Is it still being manufactured?
Yamaha AEX500N. I don't think they still make them.
What is that black Yamaha nylon string Alex is playing? New one on me.
Yamaha AEX500. I had one years ago. It was ok, but when it came to gigging, I always ended up playing steel-string guitars, so I sold it.
@@ParaBellum2024 I've had an aex500, different headstock and a humbucker in neck position. whatever his guitarr is, it's not an aex500.
@@JOhnDoe-nl4wj Yes it is, but I missed a letter off. Forgive me, I was a lot younger then. It's an AEX500N. N for nylon.
I wish it has guitar effects that Yamaha THR5A has.
is this the direct recording from the amp or you are using an audio interface and software for mix ?
Hi,
The line is direct from the amp, 2 x XLR's from the back of the amp into a Zoom H6 recorder. Only thing that's been tweaked in most is the volume to match Alex's voice levels.

Can I take the direct out of the amp using an xlr cable and connect to an audio interface to record directly to my computer, without damaging anything? Is it going to replicate the exact sound of the amp? please advise...

very average amp, guitar sounds thin as, roland amps are far better, the only decent thing going for this amp is the harmoniser, correct me if im wrong?
If you are going to play jazz get an electric guitar.

os efeitos são muitos bons...porem esse amplificador não soa nem como um 30 watts e se ligar microfone fica realmente inviável nem o controle de feedback da conta da microfonia e é impossível passar o volume do 3 pode-se ver nos videos que o controle de volume esta la embaixo, muito decepcionado mesmo...joguei 4500 fora!!! acreditem nesse usuário não comprem isto!!!
