Hello KitchenAid, after putting the whole assembly together, is there supposed to be any friction of the grinder when you manually rotate the cork at the end?
My grinder attachment already had a metal insert in it. I cant put blades on the attachment because the metal piece coming out of the grinder is to big. What can I do?
I put the blade in it backwards. Who would have thought that the sharp blade surface would be facing out and not towards the meat? Me! Let me try it again.
They certainly don’t take care in this video to show you which way it goes. They just quickly shove it in there and continue on. Shouldn’t they show a close-up or something? I came here specifically to find out which way the blade goes in, and I only found out by reading your comment! You can’t see by the video at all. Great job KitchenAid (I’m being facetious here…as they say, You had ONE job, and you blew it. 🙄).
once you put the grinder parts together and put it the base, is there something you need to switch that directs the power to the gringer and not the mixer part?
second use of the grinder the metal holding the plastic spindle to the machine breaks. What kind of cheap metal is being used here? I am extremely disappointed in this product

Just bought one of these to make homemade kitty food. The instructions show the blade all "wonky", so thanks for clearing this up!

No, both rotate at all times. As far as I see.
I’d like to nominate myself to review this product @kitchenaid. Pretty please
How to put blade in. Too fast and could not see it close enough to tell
Hi Sonya. Please send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook and we would be happy to assist you further. Thanks!
Terrible video. Way too fast and way too far away from the camera.
