    I don't remember if I've done this work out before. I've done the 1000 calorie work out video. That one was off the chart to hard for me. This one, I think is not to far behind! LOL. I just turned 55. Maybe i'm just to old for these workouts. I love/hate them. Thank you guys for all your hard work helping us get in shape. I have about 5-7 lbs before Im at goal.

    I did this exercise four years ago for several months and lost 10 pounds, now I have gained another 30 pounds just went back to this video and hopefully I can lose those fats. This video is never easy to finish.

      Only twice I could do this workout during this time. But I followed diet and walking . Now again started my workout today . Will update again.

    I've been doing this for about two weeks now. Every other day. 3 times a week and I can already feel myself getting stronger and im able to do some of the moves much cleaner. Thank you!
    Update: I lost about 60lbs eating clean whole foods (The Scratch Solution), doing this workout every other day and lifting weights at the gym 😊

    first time trying out this workout, and I believe I have finally found my new favorite workout! after going through many different ones, this by far has to be the best one. Definitely would recommend to anyone who desires to lose weight fast and get quicker abs. (depends on your ways of eating as well. Good nutrition & this workout together) trust me you'll get that body you're looking for.

    I can't believe I was able to do the whole workout, this is one of my favorite. It's challenging, makes me sweat a lot, works on my abs, obliques, butt, thigh, and it's cardio.

    This was the first 5/5 workout I've done since my grandma died from COVID three months ago. At the time I got sick too and I thought I wouldn't be able to exercise at the same pace, specially after losing someone you love... I've been trying to focus on exercising to relieve the pain of not having her around anymore, and your routines always fit so well! I felt great completing this workout today, so thanks guys!

    I been working out for two years with a variety of fitness blender videos and incorporate gym two to three times weekly, lost 30 pounds, reverse A1C, close to being diabetic. I enjoyed using the video workouts even though at first, it was difficult but now I’m able to work with ease! Keep up the great work! you are both an inspiration. 💕💕

    What a killer! Almost gave up about 25 mins in but powered through and finished it. Don't give up people you feel like you're gonna die half way through but it gets easier, just gotta power through those ab exercises haha!

      You'll only start seeing results when you push it. But dont worry I'm used to cardio, been doing circuits training about 4 times a week for the past few years.... this is definitely more intense though haha! Great workout

    I would like to thank Fitness Blenders for putting these videos online... I have a right knee problem and my L4 and L5 are bulging and I need to lose weight... I don't know the woman's name or the man's name but I want to thank you guys soo much!! Today is my 2nd day and I was able to do the warm-ups plus 20min. of this video.. it means alot to me and some day soon I hope I will finish this whole workout I'm doing 3 times a Week... I know it's slow but I'm in no hurry!! I wouldn't be doing these exercises without your help ..

      dont keep doing this with L4 and L5 problem.... please .. for your own sake.
      run to a physiotherapist and let him explain appropirate exercice for you

      Non is right - I assumed that you had already spoken to appropriate physicians & therapists since you know your diagnosis.If you have not yet been cleared to do these exercises, don't do them, but if you have been cleared to do them the keep going at your own pace, as yo have been!

      yeah lost 20 pounds im a lot healthier than when i started. best way to do these is to mix them in with the weight training and running.

    Loved this one! Those horrible burpee thigh slaps though - uuggggg! Aside from that awful move I loved this one since it got me sweating and I actually had to work hard through it. I also like Daniel's Insane HIIT Cardio Challenge since it did the same thing to me. I must say, it was a bit easier though since it was a bit shorter and didn't have the extra 15 min of core work first! Thanks again FB!

    FitnessBlender , I just wanted to thank you so much fr all the free help you give from your channel and how much youve changed my life; I started doing these about two years ago when I was getting off of hard drugs and changing my life around, I was also very overweight almost 200 hundred pounds, and you guys opened the door for me to change with your straight to the point excercise videos. I am now sober and 140 pounds, and happy with my life. Ive also started weight lifting and becoming a lot more ripped! Thank you again for all you have done for me, and so many others. God bless!

    Great workout. Was a little hard to keep up, I found the transitions too quick, mainly because I am not too sure of proper form for each and there wasn't enough of a showing for me to be prepared. I wasted a bit of the countdown just trying to understand how you were going through the motions. I love when there is a large viewing of how to do the exercise that is next. Thanks for all the lovely workouts, they are such a great help.

    Just did this one, it was tough. Those ab exercises are brutal - kelli must have a very strong core because i found it impossible to keep my legs up above my head the whole time during those toe-touch crunches.

    As you said "Insane". The first time I did this workout I couldn't do it all, I only managed 30 mins or less. However, the second time I made it, workout completed. Though, some exercises I couldn't keep up with kelly cause they were so hard. Now they are much easier to me and I feel that I'm fit :) Go guys, we can do it

    Just finished this workout and it's still brutal as ever. I generally avoid this one and usually only do it once every few months because I know how hard it is. That abs/core section at the beginning might be the hardest part! Had me sweating 10 minutes in. I have no idea how Kelly looks so fresh during the whole thing. Awesome workout!

    i have been doing your 10 minute excersises for a week , tried this one yesterday ,i couldn't do more thn 25 minutes . now all my muscles hurt ,aww... i hope i can do all 45 minutes today .made me hungry after though :) it 's like hey you just burned 120 calories , lets eat 300 calories to recover from this :)

    This is my 5th or 6th time doing this workout. Every time I do this workout, I’m dead by the warmup is done. I keep telling myself I’m never doing this again - but somehow I end up doing this every once a week! Ugh, I hate love to hate this one - but the results of this just keep me going.
    P.S. - my stamina has definitely gone up since I’ve started doing this!

    This was painful but it felt amazing at the same time. The shorter workouts always give me a better burn but this gave me the same and it was 45 minutes long. I’m totally going to keep doing this.

    This workout is pretty brutal!! And I did this on my birthday this year, haha.
    The first 15 intervals of abs were tough and challenging; almost too much all in one go, to be honest! My abs were shredded by the end of it and I had to stop and take short breaks in between.
    Also, the burpee thigh slaps among the HIIT workouts were kickass and intense!! Really got me huffing and puffing!

    this is definitely a great workout....I did like 20 min and my body was not having no more...my legs and arms felt like noodles lol...I will definitely keep this in my playlist...I cannot wait to be able to complete the whole workout in one sitting...thanks for sharing.

    This was my first workout by fitness blender, and I was so out of shape but so tired of that bellyfat and full of hatred, and I managed to push it, and managed to finish it..even the burpees. Now I keep coming back to this one since "if I could do it then I can do it now"

    Woah that was intense. I never read ahead what exercises to expect, I like to be surprised, and maybe it's a good thing. Burpee thigh slaps followed by broad jumps and jacks. Why not add a few star jumps in the mix! Wowza! :) Great workout thanks!

    It got pretty hairy there in the middle somewhere, but by the end, I wanted more. I ended up rewinding to redo some intervals. It's amazing what the right music at the right moment will do for your motivation! Thanks for the great videos!

      +Mehdy Ibrisimovic I just use their free workouts everyday and cleaned up my eating habits! In addition I also started running every other day and did yoga daily. Hope this answers your questions! It's been 4 months since I started using their videos 😊

      +Mehdy Ibrisimovic give it 21 days! Your stamina will increase considerably. Or just do any workout to be honest, as long as you are moving/sweating then you will eventually see results. Goodluck!

    Well I managed to do half of it, the core exercise part literally wiped the life out of me, i'll try again tomorrow and actually attempt to finish it all

    I did this at 11 o'clock at night and got yelled at by my parents because of how much noise I was making, haha. Made it through the whole thing, though! It's been 2-3 weeks since I started FB workouts, combined with Blogilates, and I'm loving the results!

    I LOVE THIS!!!
    First i do a Zomba dance 10 Min for just warm up and then after i do this and finally 10 Min lower abs workout. this is my daily workout
