WEN Air Filtration System Unboxing And Installation

Recently I have been doing some projects on the Shapeoko, and since I haven't built an enclosure for the Shapeoko, the dust in my shop has gotten pretty bad. Time to give active air filtration a try!
I have a vacuum and dust collection boot for my Shapeoko, but fine dust still escapes into the room. To reduce this, I purchased the WEN 3410 Air Filtration System.
I have a drop tile ceiling in my basement shop, so mounting anything to the shop ceiling is a significant pain. I decided I would try mounting the air filtration system under one of my main worktables. The location will allow for easy access to clean the filters and centralize the system in the room.
Mounting the air filtration system was pretty straight forward. I drilled four pilot holes and installed the provided screw-in hooks. I considered using the provided chains, which adjust to different lengths, but I decided I didn't need the unit to hang down any further.
Overall, I'm happy with this system so far. The provided remote makes it easy to turn on and off even under the table, and the timer feature makes sure I won't forget to turn the unit off. I'm looking forward to seeing if it can pull the dust out of the air in my shop next time I use the Shapeoko.
