It’s gets better trust me, once you get a feel for the pacing and how your opponent holds their weight and movements you’ll overcome that plateau. Just gotta get those reps in

This is my 4th year wrestling, I had a tournament against clio and Davison. My first match was against a Davison kid who is a 3 time state champ. I don’t know his name but the next day I found out from one of my friends that he weighed 126. I wrestled 110-115. The coach put his better kids in lighter Weight classes so his team would win.

Unpopular opinion, but I hate dudes who wear full leg sleeves while they wrestle. To me every dude I’ve ever wrestled with a full leg sleeve it’s just overly cocky but most of the time can’t back it up🧍🏽‍♀️

Too bad all that energy to lift and drop opponent doesn’t get ya any points, unless it’s a takedown of course. Yes you are good at that technique, step in front, lift, block and finish. Are you happy with that as being what people remember you from?
You certainly could not have achieved that in Findlay during your second match.
I’m a fan, but we are looking for a Cayden who hasn’t let go yet…. Clearly, let it go, the talent is there. I’d slap the shit outta ya before the match to see if you were awake in the eyes. But that’s if I was ur dad, of course.;)… Dude, go get it, what are you waiting for??? You wait one more minute, I’m done watching you!
