With ALL due respect, if someone can perform a terrible act like murder one day and on the next not only ask but receive TOTAL FORGIVENESS through and by jesus (and by extension G*d) for their atrocious act(s), what is to stop a person from committing terrible crimes/acts bc they believe they will e forgiven no matter what AND make into heaven? They do not have to live every day in service of G*d (even smallest of efforts) or pray or even follow the 10 commandments or more importantly repent/repay/show remorse to the person or ppl they hurt/damaged IF they just decide to "accept jesus as the one and only son of G*d, acknowledge him as the messiah" and "have jesus FORGIVE them for their sins?!?!" Forgive me for interpreting this to be morally inappropriate. Jews are not perfect and in the Torah ("Old Testamate") ALL of the forefathers are described as men with many trials and faults. In Judaism, forgiveness and retribution come with a much greater "price" not only in this world but beyond with Hashem.
