I paid $670 for my helicopter flight on the main island "Hawaii" back in 2019! Sounds like you got a deal. My friend paid the same. I booked months in advance though.
Did one of those helicopter rides in Kauai when I went back in 2017, although I think it was on a different charter. One of the best experiences you can ask for, it's extremely beautiful.
Did you know that you can mute the ad's that play on those pumps as you fill up. You just push the bottom right button next to the screen. It's either the bottom or the top. I think it's the bottom one, but it definitely is on the right.
I don't think people understand what effort it takes to tell a story over that many areas and picking up on the story each time. hahaha I used to film myself leaving, and then got tired of going back to grab the camera hahaha
I just did Maui a week ago, everything is a scam... but it was pretty nice. Also it's not too late to trade that electric thing in for an explorer ST... Just saying... lol,
Yes the extra fee sucks. But let your account mind consider it as a “opportunity cost”. You could go home, drop some weight, fly back and not pay. But how much more would it cost to do it that way? You are winning, no worries. P.S. the course at Princeville is OK, lots of better ones on other islands.
It is a universal extra fuel surcharge. I am confident that the cost is a combination of supply and demand (not a ton of helicopter options on the island), and the cost of the fuel, past super large customers having real impact on fuel costs, creating a blanket policy to prevent discrimination claims. In the end it sucks that you’re a little over the normal human size (I am 6’3” 230, so I get it). But… demz da breaks, Nick 🤷♀️
To be fair, that's like one of the main tourist traps/attractions for Kauai so of course they're gonna literally milk everything out of tourists. You're also flying out of the RICH part of Kauai. They're probably used to rich tourists that stay up there that easily "buyout" because it's nothing to them.
Terrible about up-charging people based off weight, I am 6'5 200 lbs, I have a hard time finding things I can sit in comfortably like cars. Hence why I wouldn't buy a 2 seater like that Ferrari, like that Viper of yours, too tight. But the "fat fee" if you are healthy, shouldn't matter how you weigh, of course depending on your height
So helicopter ride was epic but customer service not so good. You make the money as you got 4 people to go and the made extra money off of you cause of your size and then tried to scam you to buy the other 4 tickets. Beside the views from helicopter I would say it was a thumbs down 👎🏽 for the review!
Burclacher is the most relatable UA-camr by far, he’s just a normal family dude
Yep, just as chill and down to earth in person as well.
"Corporate policy. Your Fat. Gotta pay the fee" 😂
Gotta love corporations!
As someone who flies like 50 times per year “how dare you”. As a parent “I get it” lol
Hahahahahahaha, you get it! :)
2:38 my family did a boat tour of that when we went at the beginning of last year
Being heavy cause you’re huge(lol) and being huge because you’re heavy are different. This man can’t help he’s a giant.

I went to the same water fall and did a lot of the hiking trails on that island and it was amazing.
Really pleased 😀 that Baby B. coped so easily Nic. Thanks for the quick update recently showing great progress ❤. Best wishes, Bob M.
I did the boat tour of that same area.. never knew I got sea sick!!! 3 hours of suckage!!! I kissed the ground when I got back.. call me land lover!
It’s nice that to see a new upload. My day sucks. My phone just broke and I need to spend 1000 $ for a new one.

I believe there are a couple of small airlines in the South Pacific that charge strictly by weight

I'm from South Africa

Admittedly it's been a year or so since I hopped across the pond from little old England but are gas pumps with tv adverts a real thing there now??
Great video mate!

I’m 6’8 240, and can barely fit in any coupes. Kinda sucks tbh. Fitting into a manual is even worse fitting.
@@spanderson56'8?! That does suck. I barely was able to shift gears in my 2005 Shelby. Now I drive a grandpa Lincoln because of the massive space
What a racket.
I guess today I'm doing well but I'm not crushing life lol
Put some of your shoes on the wall in your office
They should charge the same for everyone thats just silly. Also for 2K it should be 1hr 30 - 2hrs long. Scam.
