Hey! Sounds like a crazy trip you had. RVs can be a pain sometimes! I’m a good fan of yours, and happen to own Prestige Worldwide Camping, an RV rental company in the SLC valley. Since this trip you had was a lot more of a headache than you would have hoped, I’d love to offer you a covered redemption vacation with our company if you have any future trips planned. We don’t have as large of motorhomes as you rented, but we have some great, fully stocked trailers that all can easily be towed by your awesome truck. We try to make camping as easy as possible for the renter:) Not trying to shout my company out, but just wanted to offer up a redemption vacation for you, on the house:)
RV's and camping out can be so much work! I don't know about you but a nice motel and being able to order room service when you want is pretty relaxing, not to mention they usually have a great bar and a pool to hang out and go for a swim when you feel like it. And most of all it can be a lot cheaper in the long run.
The yard is looking nice with the new plants. I was in yellowstone and jackson for a week, Just got home on the 29th. We might have been there at the same time. We had RV dreams for a few years and discovered we could get a sweet airbnb for what an RV would cost so we do that a few times a year.
I did a "temporary retirement" in 2015. Sold my house and everything I own and moved into a 27 foot travel trailer. Traveled back and forth across the country for 2 and a half years. LIFETIME of memories but I could've warned you that it's alot of work and a big waste of money. It's cheaper to travel in a vehicle and rent hotels or air bnb.
I have a 2018 class a ford v10 with same Cummins generator and mine runs both our A/C’s while it’s moving down the road and I’ve driven through Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, California in the summer and it was hot but with those A/C’s not working on generator power that would suck because I know how hot it can get when they’re off. Better luck next time, I love the RV LIFE!!! We also usually stay T KOA’s and tow a Jeep behind it.
RV rentals are typically a disaster. Most RV rental companies do not have the manpower nor skill to keep up on maintenance that is required on vehicles constantly.
Should have done better research before renting an RV…. RV LITERALLY MEANS RUINED VACATION… especially with the “entry” level brand of RV he rented. Rent a diesel pusher or just drive your own car… class a gas rv’s are nooo fun if you don’t know wtf you’re getting into lol
@@therealburlacher that’s fair, what are your plans to scale the main channel? Is there an accounting business you’re launching? Looking forward to seeing what career number three is!
@@therealburlacher yeah. Fresno is hell in the summer. We’ve had three straight months well over 100. Luckily we’re only a couple hours from the mountains or the beach. Just spent three days in Santa Cruz. Always nice to get away but it sucks when you have to come back home to this heat. 90 would actually feel cool to me at this point. I’d be out playing disc golf today if it was only 90. Haha
@@therealburlacher it’s interesting that you called this the real burlacher because maybe it’s just me, but that implies that the other one is not the real burlacher
Why are you complaining about the Ac. It’s not working buy a Haier from Walmart it has wheels. Comes with everything you need point the exhaust hoes out the window. Problem some from The guy who lives in a Shed
I wish someone told me to rent an RV before buying one😮. I moved to Florida and during Covid decided to get an RV. I was uniformed that it would be impossible to get a camp site in the whole state and if you are lucky enough to book one, it was over a YEAR out. The whole state is full of snowbirds and they stay here forever. Needless to say, RV’s are a lot of work, to me, nothing RELAXING about them, it sat in storage for most of the year and in the end, sold it for a loss. I’m sticking to hotels/resorts, doesn’t matter how much they cost… still cheaper than a RV.
well, you say at 3:35 that AFTER you picked up the Shelby you were going to pick up the motor home, yet at :42 you are coming out of garage to go get the Shelby and there is clearly at motorhome in the driveway....hmmmmm
Too many people these days don’t understand there is a difference between making your car sound good, and just making it as loud as possible.

The windshield wipers coming on after the car wash sent shivers down my spine.

Found James through your Shelby GT350 delivery video and I’ve been a fan ever since. Hope to see you when StradPizza opens in my home state :)
Oh I’ll be there!
By the way love the wrap on gt 350@@therealburlacher
@@therealburlacher We don't doubt that. Who else is going to test out the menu, James and Sophia can't handle all that food!
Keep the vids coming man I enjoy them!

I think I’m more of an airbnb guy myself as well.
Keep them coming mate. Great video
Back again! Glamping and camping is definitely a job by itself. Lots of effort and lots of planning. But some great memories!
Definitely!

I was surprised with how nice the KOA’s were!
@@therealburlacher yeah we have the membership -- not all are nice though. Hahaha we learned that.
Boats and campers are a ton of work.
I'd love to do that sometime

This new channel of you will blow up soon 😉
It sounds like you need you try a holiday on a catamaran in the Bahamas.
Another great Video!!!!
@3:05 i should show you but.... hey burlacher... we can see the reflection in your sunglasses XD
Did he make a second channel?

Be glad you learned the RV lesson on a rental and didn’t buy one.
You are going to do great with UA-cam burlacher
Appreciate it 💪
Coming from the rv business. I’ll let you know RV stands for Ruined Vacation
You could have taken your family to Hawaii for a week.
Woh youtube recommend me this kind of reminds me of burlacher with a Ferrari 430
Man. I hope you were able to negotiate a partial refund if the air conditioning didn’t work.

For tall people put pool noodles up so when you hit your head it will get a little padding.
I’ve always wanted to rent an RV and go on a trip.
After watching this I think I’ll take my $6k and go sit on a beach in the Bahamas 😂
Did he retire? How old is he. Didn’t think he would be old enough to retire. Well I guess I was at 43 but he has to be younger than that

@therealburlacher your blue angel mustang is cool.
Thanks 🙏
Anyone else see it in his shades 😅
Nick, you should twin charge the GT350.
Already got a whipple supercharger on it. 830whp is plenty for me 😎

wait does that mean i have been watching the fake burlacher all these years 🤣🤣🤣🤣 congrats on 2nd channel
Hahaha exactly 😂
well you should get apart refund for the generator not working they should have checked the vehicle over before letting it out
Need a Redo.. this time head to Yosemite
I thought you had a way bigger channel? am I missing something?
A campervan is the happy medium solution.
Have their perks for sure. But camper vans are just way too small for me. Been in a few.

Please tell me nick you still have your other job as a director as a extra source of income for the family and mental health Even part time
Overlanding is more fun. When it's about the journey and not about camping, you'll have more fun.
I think you’re onto something 😁
@therealburlacher I hate camping, but I love exploring. This is how I have seen a lot of country with little cost, or stress.
RV’s are the worst. There is always something that doesn’t work. Great in theory. Poor in execution.
Rule of thumb is never buy or rent a used rv. They’re NEVER perfect. On the other hand it’s ok to just not be an rv person lol
Never buy a NEW OR USED RV unless you’re dropping $600,000 and up. I’m an RV tech 21 years and refuse to ever own one! They are JUNK!
