Help , I have listened to this wonderful video over and over and I am totally confused. Could I possibly be the only one? Contrast,color, light, dark soft ? One would have to be a genius to understand and decipher what category to put yourself in. I have no doubt that the stylist knows what she is talking about. Please someone tell me that I am not alone.

Great suggestion! Your best hairstyles will depend on both your facial bone structure and features, and also your face shape. Most stylists only focus on one which is why sometimes the recommendations are way off for some people.
I think I am a clear spring and dark autumn. I have medium dark skin, dark brown eyes , dark brown hair like a black brown, golden / yellow undertone. My face has a natural highlight but I have a darkness around my eyes, top of my eyelids look like eyeshadow. I guess I am medium to high contrast. I'm going to just purchase both color palettes and try the colors.
Is there any difference when it comes to eyebrows? My eyebrows are not so prominent, it's not brown, but still makes my face look kinda bland (my lips are also pale so it contributes to the low contrast look) My hair is a tricky part cause it's black with some grey tones and tends to look "opaque" naturally, but depending on the light or the products that I use (oils and gels) it can look very rich in coloring

What if you have hair and eyes the same brown but very black hair
I've seen some stylists use 12 seasons. Why do you use 8? Does it have to do with working with dark skin?

It seems like you might lean toward soft, but you could also be in between types! Like not super soft but not dark or clear either.
