Thanks Corey! Yes this has been a long term project finally come to fruition. Good luck with yours!
WHAT A GREAT VIDEO this was so interesting watching this YOU MUST DO MORE VIDEOS
Hey I love your video it is just awesome. Can you just tell me how can I cool down my gtps and also do I need to cool down them in every year or just in the breeding year ?
When you removed the eggs from the egg box, did you place them in any special position in the incubator? Like a specific top of the egg?
Hi, when I set the eggs up originally I made sure to try and keep them in the position they were laid, or for any that moved, with the embryo poisoned above the ‘equator’ of the egg. When I moved them into the hatch tub, I just made sure to retain the position they were in inside of the incubator egg box.
I would LOVE to get an Aru gtp. Eventually. When we have more room. Gorgeous animals you have.
good job man
Excellent video. I have two clutch on my first attempt . I am incubating at 30.7C and first clutch is at 34 days. I have read in several places that I should drop the temp in the last week but you say you kept temp constant, is that the established method now?
Great video and amazing snakes, we have lots of Royal pythons a pair of carpets and a pair of Burmese, after watching this I think we need a pair of green tree pythons, looking forward to your other videos, where are you based? We are in West Sussex , great inspirational video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Steve and Michelle
What camera
Nice video! Where did you get the nest box?
Hi the nest box is made by lanzo herp in Germany. I modified it to include a clear viewing window
Would be interested in knowing what thermostat and thermometer you use to get your constant temperature, thank you
I used a habistat pulse proportional thermostat on the incubator. Consistency is more important than accuracy of the thermostat since you set it to a measured temperature. I used a calibrated fluke 54 iiB digital thermometer with two thermistors/channels to measure the temperature of the incubator.
What kind of cages are those? Website?
thanks for this video! realy enjoyed it what are the size of the baby tubs at 14:11
These are approximately 20x20x20cm
Hi Gary, Congrats on an excellent vid and on your first pairing and hatching of the eggs, they look brill mate, just set up an 18x18x24 for a yearling Aru I'll be buying myself towards the end of this July that is stupidly placid and looks fantastic. Can't wait, love the GTP's. ... will you be going to the Donny show this month?
Many thanks Tony. Yes I'll be at donny :)
Hi tony sorry for the slow reply. That's great, I hope your new arrival thrives for you! I missed the donny show unfortunately as I've been so busy lately. Maybe the September show though!
Are you on RFUK?
I am Jayd, but I don't participate in the forums, just use it to check out the classifieds from time to time
Ok. There is a great green tree python thread there. It would be cool to chat there sometime and compare notes if you are keen.
Sounds good, I'll try and catch up on there sometime
Do you sell you hatchlings? if so where are you located i'm VERY interested in getting a couple
Hi yes I do sell the babies. I'm located in Kendal, north west UK
Hi, I would be interested in buying hatchlings. Do you have a website? how much do you sell them for?

The babies will be made available once I'm happy that they are feeding well and will thrive
