The start of almost all this guy's videos is: "I'm going to show you _______ now. These are my favorites."
5:23 Little guy in the back yawned awww
We have some new green trees hatching soon...call me if anyone is interested and I can reserve one! Thanks, Garrick 715.845.5545
Hello........I was wondering if you still bred green tree pythons or just ball pythons.....
I do breed a very select number of green tree, I have them for sale on a select basis but you’re welcome to email me and get on a list. garrick@crestedgecko.com.
What's the difference between This and the Emerald tree Boa?
Zhorell Ski emerald boas get bigger and give a worst bite
I'm 14 and I'm trying to start a reptile business with my friend its been 6 months and i have 5 leos almost time to start breeding so i can start selling then i will be able to take off a lot farther into this I'm glad i thought of this when i was young because I've always loved animals but were i live i don't see anything amazing the best i get are some garter snakes common snappers and frogs any tips you have that you used to help start your business you do now btw i'm breeding leos to start
when i make my GTP Move enough after feeding (5 days or so) they will go poop.
I would not be surprised if the constipation is actually due to her not moving around as much. If you keep having the constipation issue, try a larger enclosure or try letting her out in the room for a few hours at night, i bet she will poop right away, I bet she is just feeling a bit closed in.
I have a pastel female that has that feeding response.
When I got her back in September 2010, she was 3 years old and 500 grams.
The dude just never fed her.
She's 1805 grams now.
to breed snakes do u just put the male in there with a female and they should do it by themselves? im just beganing this breeding thing and im not fully into it yet
You are so right about tree pythons being a little cranky when it relates to handling, we have found that even the wild one do not even like human company too close to them. We were really surprised to find one on our old bird cage and not even be bothered by our presence, as they usually make it obvious with actions of threats to bite! Have posted a video response. By the way great videos you've got!!!
@rseagles14 woops i missed ball pythons off the list. Ball pythons will make a great first snake if you want a snake with a bit more power than a corn snake. They have had a reputation of being bad feeders in the past but i am sure you will be fine if you do your research before buying any snake. In conclusion I should imagion the best snake for you would be a ball python if you wamt a snake with a bit more power than a corn snake (without being a threat to your sister) or a corns snake.
@rseagles14 DONT get it as a first snake. Get a corn snake, King snake, Milk snake, Rat snake or Garter snake. Green trees get about 7 ft at most but are very aggresive unless you are a experienced and time giving expert to tame them. Pluss they have the longest teeth on a non-venemouse snake :) hope this helps bud.
@WMRProduction also the bites arnt that bad but i wouldnt say they were pleasurable. Trust me i have been bitten by some big angry breeders sitting on some eggs. but gentle handling will make them great pets.
He breeds reptiles for a living so he kinda does have to think about the money, and has quite a large collection of snakes and lizards, so he probly doesnt have much time to handle them. He never said that you cannot handle them, he just said that handling is kinda stressful and make for better display animals then obsessivly handling them. Also most of his chondros seem to be pretty tame.
Go to cutegayjason complete snake colection. He will prove you wrong regarding Green tree python handling. He does a remarkable job with his snakes. What was that you said, Green tree pythons make good display animals. Handle yours more instead of worrying about making money and you may find those green Treen pythons may tame up a bit for you. If you have for breeding and display that is what you will end up with as oposed to a nice tame easy to handle snake.
@187crabz If your meaning a green tree python yes they are beautiful but 80 percent of them are aggressive and do bite if you dont like getting bite this is not the type of snake you want there better for display snakes there really not for holding because they get pissed easily so
I love my chondro! He's a super-sweet little boy, and doesn't mind being held or touched at all (kind of like the first snake that you had out of the cage). I'm definitely a sucker for this breed of snake. :-) Thanks for showing us your collection! Such a lovely canary you have, by the way.
His response to me was so unprofesional and degrated the gay community. How sad. I'm straight, however making comments about gay people like this is just wrong in my opinion. I will say this, this guy seems to be fairly knowledgable.
Hi I actually have the one that is yellow green and blue spots. She has an eye cap after shedding and her eye doesn't look bulgy like the other. What to do, I am worried? Thanks, any info I would appreciate. I am new at this.
how much are green tree python where you get a cage for tham it is herd to get cage for my corn snake how hot do you make it for a corn snake so i got 90 in my tank is that good for a corn snake
Thinking about getting one just becuase of how beautiful they are. I wouldn't handle the snake but I would let him out in a closed area so he got space every now and then. Awesome snake for sure
@slyrez they can be tamed real easy and If had two green tree pythons for three years and they only have bit me twice when feeding but overall they aren't feisty or mean if u take care of them good
Please update some of your Brazilian rainbows I'm really interested in them and there actually one of my favorites
awesoime wall, i wonder how full it is now, ill have to check in your updated vids
If u bred that particular pair of gtp 3 years in a row.i wonder how of ten do u feed that female to get her ready every year ?once every 2 weeks or 10 to 14 days dont think that would get her heavy enough.u think maybe that one gtp u have that havent went to the restroom probably from feeding too often too much.in order to plump them up for breeding.?u have some awesome snakes man.very nice
THis guy has a great facility and seems to know a lot. Tottally imposible to handle all those snakes he has. Looks like he is a great breeder!:)
Wow very pretty animals.
I really like them cause they make great display animals. *Puts back in ugly box with sticks*

Brian Denny as they grow they change colors...
@sk8erproductions1 no way theres A LOT to it. Read up more and buy some books first :) !!!
What size of containers do you use for the hatchlings?
what is the price on a neonate of the cheapest of the locales? looking into getting one
you may be over feeding the 3rd one!! that looks really bad! soak her in warm water!
They really get a bad wrap but the captive breed trees are really docile I have 5 and not 1 has even tried to bite me only one that has bitten me was the imports which are a bit aggressive. I only hold mine about once a month just to clean the cage and you need to so they can stretch out. same goes with the bloods captive breed are extremely docile cheers
Awesome video as always! What size are the female's cages? 2'x2'?
He does a great job with his snakes. My big question is how do you know this? lol
Can you please help me find someone who I can trust who is good at breeding green tree pythons? I have been wanting one forever and have done my research.
+xxstephywolfxx There's many known and trustworthy breeders at big reptile expo's, I just bought a healthy Adult Male from Colorado Chondros
When do you think you will have more Green Tree's available?
Either will work fine, however heat panels seem to be superior to both.
heard if u handle them and they get scared they can just die is tht true
@TheMisterMeat13 3 to 5 feet and are a bit more slender than most snakes
Do You Sell Them? I Want To Buy A Very Docile One Really Soon...
I really like the canary ones that stay electric yellow....

+Fire Dragon Reptiles You can buy cages exactly like those from Herpcages( .)com they sell some pretty awesome cages. Looks like he's got the 16x16x20 and 20x20x20 cages. Go to their site, click cages and check them out. Hope that helps you. (Hope breaking up the website makes it so UA-cam doesn't get cranky about it...)
~Tina
ok thanks you appreciate it
Always welcome, my daughter & I purchased cages from them. The 24x12x12 I do need to purchase the longer ones though. As they do make them 12 inches longer and 12 inches higher. For adult ball pythons I think those ought to work...
nice ok atleast now i have an idea about them thanks again
where is your shop located?? do you ship?
So you can't pop them?
wow awesome, thanks
are you selling any GTPs at this time
Great video

How long do they get when fully grown
Awesome video. The snakes and cages look great. Look forward to seeing more of them.
lolwat
NM tat snake bueatifull
i sall one that was blue
great video.. thank you
that can happen to any snake with too much handling if there not used to it. if you have one try holding it for 15 minutes on day then 20 then alittle more each day. Good luck :)
How long do they get?
Heat bulbs work fine!
great channel man
beautiful snakes
if u dont feed them in there cage they wolnt get use to striking at your hand as prey
O.J. Simpson DidIt FALSE!! BRO.. I have a couple GTPS Been Struck A Few Times!! To keep them from not striking your hand... Try not to put your hands in front of its Face.. HAHAH No really..
Start a daily routine, like Fresh clean water everyday, alone with just opening the cages lid for a few mins.. Your goal is to get the Snake in a Routine with you.. After awhile when it seems not bothered by you.. Congrats
( YourBuilding a Bond) Try handing the snake for a few mins be careful.. Read THE BODY language. Read the Front 1/3 of the Snakes body.. Your looking the the front 1/3 to be in a S Shape. It's going Strike! Yes Sir!!
And Keep the snake well Feed.. After a Meal important (after 24hrs have passed) The snake is digesting it's meal and will not mistake you for food. You Hope So. . Snakes a less Active when Digesting Meals..therefor less chance to get HIT!!
I love snakes but my mom doesn't let me get any. Those are beautiful snakes, keep up the good videos. And I'll be sure to watch them!!!
Beautiful
nice!
LOL
Pretty amazing collection of snakes these are awsome..definately my favourite out of my collection..great video mate!
ha...
there beautiful snakes id love keep one but i just cant afford the 4000 :( shit beautiful but expensive ahha
Completely disagree with you saying these are display snakes any snake can be just as tame as a ball python youre a breeder you do not handle these snakes nearly as much as you need to to make them tame and tolerate human interaction its a shame with how much experience you have you can say such a thing.
your living my dream lol
no prob
how big are your vivs,
when breeding have the female ever attacted a male,
Is it OK to leave them in tubs like that when they're small .?
