Hi April! I am a huge fan of your workouts and do them five days a week! This is one of my favorites. I think it would be wonderful if you could incorporate some of these leg exercises in other workouts. I haven’t seen them much in others and think they would be a huge benefit to do more regularly. @@aprilplankpilates I really love all of it. The bridging going to lighter weight each time is so challenging and really pushes me to my limits. That’s a good thing! Thanks for replying so quickly and for the link. I do have the tower. My equipment is aeroPilates so I do have to modify a bit. I am so thankful for your classes. You are the best teacher and I never get tired of your workouts. I love that you give us new workouts every week! Thank you for all that you do for us!

I love all of your reformer classes...especially the 1 hr videos. I bought the rotational disc to do those few classes you have using it. Can you possible include more exercises with it. Thank you for all you do!!

Dear April, it is great to be back to your super classes. Boy i feel out of shape. I have missed your classes very much. I have a new reformer “fit Reformer” I’m still getting used to it. Not sure if I’m a fan, but I’m stuck with it. What do you think of this reformer? Curtains exercisers i find award and have to figure out the best way!! Thanks
Glad you are back. Just take it one day at a time and you will get stronger and stronger 🙌💪👍. I have not used the fit reformer but hopeful you can still get the videos to work. 😊
I miss the full one hour workouts April🙁. Two express workouts will suffice though.
