I recently purchased the 30 which was only $9 more than the 25 and I'm glad I did. Like you said, it is for the casual walk-around. I place into it My Nikon Z8 with the 24-70 lens attached. This leaves room for another lens if you desire. It is sturdy and naturally, the great quality you'd expect from Think Tank. Honestly, I was surprised it was not more expensive. Thanks for your video.

I have an older version of the 10 as a holster for my om10. I have found it's easy to pull the zippers just on the sides before taking it off and I'd be concerned about ease of access if the magnets were actually that strong to keep it shut. Looks like the zipper is set up the same and it's designed so the tops fold back easily. On my hipbelt, I can pick it all the way back for some situations and it sits nice. Wish the larger two had bottom straps for a small tripod or whatever, but they're meant for lighter uses for sure.

Thanks for sharing your notes! And yeah... if you're needs call for a tripod, this isn't the best bag. I like the PhotoCross 13 for that... compact enough for a small kit, with an option to latch on a tripod.

@@ScottDavenport yep. Great stuff, but definitely designed as lighter duty go bags.

These look very good, I use some of their other products.
I have tended to use holsters but these look more versatile, save putting all the extras in my pack.

Thanks for watching! I have a cross-body strap for the lightest of photo outings. And you're right... as soon as you need to carry something else (accessories, water, snacks) or need weather protection, the holsters and straps aren't enough. Us photographers tend to have a few carrying solutions ... all depends on the needs.

Thank you, Scott! I'm using the original Think Tank 30i which I purchased not long after I bought my original Sony A7. I can attest to the quality of the bag. One preference I have is that the top opens away from my body when accessing my camera and the 30i does that. The smaller version 1 mirrorless movers did not. I am surprise to see that all of the new version 2 bags now open toward the body. I suppose this is so the flap will close the bag quickly to keep dust and moisture out without the user having to zip it closed. But I can see that can also be a problem if you forget that you haven't zipped it up and then pick it up by the top handle. I am also not a fan of the dividers. I like to place my camera lens down and like a little shelf on the grip side of my A7rIIIa where underneath I place a prime lens. On the opposite side I have my 16-35 f4 ZA. I usually keep my Tamron 28-200 mounted on my camera -- my go-to travel and walk about lens. I confiscated some dividers from an old lowepro bag that I no longer used and in solved the divider problem All of this and some accessories fit nicely in the 30i. I can put a water bottle in one of the side stretch pockets . The 30i is a high quality bag that works well for me (with a little customization) and I can recommend. It seems the new bags are of the same high quality. Thanks again!

Thanks for the great notes... regarding how the bag opens (away from the body)... that's how I wear it. I don't see why you couldn't have the flap against your body/hip and open it outward, then need to tuck the flap down when closing. An option. And I hear you on carrying cameras lenses down... I like that as well. The dividers were strong enough to support my A7Rii w/ a 24-105, the grip "hooked" over the top of one of the dividers. You can see a photo of the open bag on my site: scottdavenportphoto.com/blog/mirrorless-mover-v2-camera-bag-by-thinktank

This looks very interesting. I have missed a number of really great pictures because i didn't have a camera with me. have been considering buying a bag to put a camera and one or two lens to take with me when go out. One of these might be perfect for that. Along with one of my backup trave tripods could give enver thing i need when a opportunity arises.

Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. A platypod with a small ballhead is an option with the Mirrorless Mover 20 and 30. But if your needs call for a tripod - even a travel one - I'd look to other bags in the ThinkTank line. I like the PhotoCross for a good balance of a smaller bag, but with the ability to latch on a tripod.

Been thinking about either the 20 or 25. 25 and 30 seems so big though. The reason I want to buy a bag like this is because it's smaller and lightweight. But maybe after seeing how large they are I might just bring my backpack with me for my trips. 😂 Not sure yet. I really like to have my Sony 14mm, 35mm and 85mm with me together with my camera. And then have the camera + 1 lens on the Capture Clip so the bag should just hold 2 lenses.

If you're just carrying lenses in the bag, the MM20 should be fine for an outing where the body+mounted lens is *always* out. For a body plus 3 lenses *in* the bag... I think the MM30 is a better choice.
