I installed my bajaworx windshield on my 2020 ktm 500 but the bracket pre cut holes dont line up to the windscreen? Why is that, did i receive the wrong bracket?

Wow I'm here because of the bracket installation makes no scene per the manufactures instructions and you skipped over that part FFS!
