An ongoing question I have about all of these poorly organized boring trips that are never about the kids. How do all of these adults get on board for this insanity? Does Kody say this is what we’re going to do and the wives just faithfully follow? Or are the wives as clueless and disorganized as Kody and don’t consider the kids? Or is it TLC says you’re taking a trip and this is the itinerary? Every trip is a mess and I always wonder if the older children feel like they are on their own because there is no adult they can trust to make intelligent decision
I re-watched the episode before watching this. I noticed that her majesty, oh! Sorry, I mean Robyn, said how she hates the cold. Can’t imagine how that played into their move from Utah…😲
Husband and I both former truckers, 400 miles in 1 day 😂🤣🤣. Nothing, that's a day trip.

Watching these old episodes, after the recent seasons, makes me sick. This entire family--Christine especially--had to put on such acts of smiley happy people to appease Kody. 🤮

I’ll provide some clarification on Robyn calling their family Christian, but also referring to other non-Mormons as actual Christians. Mormons 100% consider themselves Christians because they are followers of Christ and pretty much all of their doctrine is largely Christ centered. However, when lumping together religions, people often exclude Mormons as a Christian denomination.
So when Robyn is saying, “we have never met other polygamist Christians” she means non-Mormon polygamists who are also Christian - due to the fact that despite Mormons considers themselves Christians, everyone else does not. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for putting this explanation here. I’ve seen so many people argue about being Christian, non Mormon polygs, LDS or Mormons not being Christian etc, it’s exactly what they are - I only wish you could’ve stopped the ‘know it alls’ dead in their tracks (of their woeful ignorance) on other channels.. this is perfect. I’m a neverMo but daughter of a Mormon, so I do know they believe in Christ. Try and tell that to a Baptist 🫠

I think Robyn was so upset, panicking about the money because she was pregnant. She said earlier that she couldn't have another baby unless she had more help. I bet as soon as they were "promised" the money they started trying.
She wasn’t pregnant yet at this point which was spring 2014. I think she waited until she became the legal wife before trying for Ariella.

The interaction with Kody and Garrison seemed very fake to me. It seemed like Kody was putting on an act for the camera that the kids weren't use to. As in, they were use to the mom's being in control and when Kody popped off, Garrison knew Kody was peacocking for the camera.

Well, if Robyn stole him from her by purposely getting knocked up. the least she could do is allow her to take care of his kids. I'm sure that made her feel fantastic.
