@@houdarezzouk3962 I ate a salad and eggs everyday, I cut off sugar as much as I can, try to not eat to much junk food. The key is not to tortue yourself, just listen to your heart, if you feel like eating pizza then eat it. Just eat healthy and that's it

This is such a good workout I'm doing it for like 2-3 weeks now (I did not do it everyday) and my 11 ab is showing!! If your thinking about getting your abs stronger and a slimmer waist I think you should try this workout out !!

Bueno, a tratar de hacer esta rutina. Cintura: 61cm 19 años de edad Principalmente voy a trabajar esta rutina un día sí, un día no, intercalado con una rutina de piernas y gluteos muy efectiva y aplicaré los masajes linfáticos cada día. Día 1: Me costó un montón, más que todo me dolía la espalda y me quedaba sin aire, no hice el ejercicio #8. Día 2: Me dolía mucho el abdomen y apenas empezaba los ejercicios ya no aguantaba, pero finalicé la rutina. Nuevamente no logré hacer el #8 me duelen demasiado los hombros. Día #3: Me costó un poco porque todavía me dolía mucho el cuerpo pero logré hacer la rutina, nuevamente he intentado hacer el ejercicio #8 pero no lo logro. Día #4: Ya no me duele el cuerpo pero todavía me cuestan hacer algunos ejercicios ya cuando estoy finalizando. Pd: Mi rutina de piernas y glúteos: 15 sentadillas, 15 búlgaras cada pierna, 15 zancadas cada pierna y 15 patadas de burro cada pierna, son 4 series de cada uno, pero pueden empezar con una y seguir incrementando hasta llegar a las 4 series, y agregar peso, es muy efectivo.
Inicio: 16/08 Cintura: 67 Día 1 - Chill pero complicado, hice como pude. Omití algunos ejercicios que eran too much para mi. Día 2 - Todo el día estuve adolorida, no tuve tiempo de hacerlo temprano, así que toco en la noche. A pesar de que no podía al principio, ya después del primer ejercicio me acostumbré al malestar. Día 3 - Por alguna razón, hoy dolió más que ayer xd mañana será descanso porque mis músculos siguen adoloridos, no vaya a ser que les dé algo, espero se alivien un poco para el día 5. Día 4 - Descansé. Día 5 - Ya no me duele el cuerpo y pude hacer los ejercicios bien, a diferencia del día 3. Día 6 - Los ejercicios se me hacen cada vez más fáciles de hacer y mi cuerpo ya no queda adolorido en lo absoluto. Día 7 - CREO, solo creo porque no quiero andar esquizo, creo que noto pequeños cambios en mi abdomen, not really sure. Día 8 - Todo normal, se notaría más el cambio en el abdomen si bajara un poquito de grasa, así que implementaré en cuanto pueda, salto de cuerda. Ya dejo de actualizar acá, pero lo sigo haciendo. Y es efectivo pero es necesario agregar rutinas para cintura para moldear mejor el abdomen.
La rutina completa o los ejercicios? Si es la rutina, solo la hago una vez, tengo ciertos problemas que me impiden forzar demasiado los ejercicios, así que voy con bastante calma.
Hola hare esta rutina + unos pasos de cardio por algunos minutos y hare el ayuno intermitente) Peso : 75 kg Estatura: 160.0 cm Dia 1:Fue muy difícil y me quedaba sin aire, omite el paso 9,10 y 11 porque era demasiado para mi pero en cambio agregue otros ejercicios. Día 2, amanecí con dolor de abdomen supongo que por ayer, lo ejercicios se me hicieron costosos por el dolor pero ya los manejo más o menos.

Two weeks - done✅ - 4 cm in waist I can’t say anything about kilos because I use bmi scale… anyways my fat reduced from 48% to 36%🎉 Back mussels are much better. First week was a hell. Could not do more than 15 sec each exercise. Now thanks a lot 9 out of ten. Plank is still a struggle with broken spine it’s a bit harsh😂😂😂😂 but the rest is east peasy. My suggestion do not try to do all at once with full 60 seconds. Do it step by step. It takes a bit time but it’s worth while. And I do it every day. My coach told me that abs should be done before going to sleep. So it really works I stand by this suggestion. 😊

Peso final: 49 kg, bajé 2 kg en una semana de prueba !! 💋 Día 1: Te amo mucho Kazuha pero, no entiendo como es de que puedes hacer ese tipo de ejercicios tan fácil. 😭 Hice como pude el ejercicio 8, era BASTANTE complicado! Los demás los hice bien, con algunas dificultades, claro. Veremos qué tal mañana… 💪 Día 2: Kazuha, DIOS MÍO, cómo es que puedes aguantar todo esto??? Mi cuerpo me duele horrible. Descansé por hoy, mañana a darlo todo de nuevo. 💪😿 Día 3: noooo, ayer se me olvidó actualizar jjja. As a person who has been doing this almost like 3 months(i had some rest days, ex: ive been doing it 1 whole week without rest days and then i had 3 days rest and then i again workouted without rest days) 66cm waist, around 49-52kg I really recomend this workout because i dont have diet (i try to eat healthy, but i eat some sweets or chocolate) Thanks to this workout i am in good form i have abs too.Even my family recognised i have abs🥹 I reallly like this workout because its short and not that intense so i can do it while i have period. And i dont do this workout to lose weight but to gain muscle-have abs. I am still doing this workout and i wanna eat less sugar to see if theres any drastic changes so if it works out and i rly stop eat sugar then ill update you guys!

Trying this! I weight 46kg and I’m 1.57cm tall Monday: Died Tuesday: Sore, did it, but couldnt do exercise 8-9 Wednesday: Did it (still sore) Thursday: Just did it. It’s getting easier to do but still hard to control. Friday: Got easy Saturday: I am sore from tennis practice… Did it and I was too exhausted to even shower Sunday: Did it (sore) Monday: My legs are giving up Tuesday: I can see some progress Wednesday: It’s easy just tiring Thursday: Sore from practice, still did it but couldn’t do the last two exercises (idk why) Friday: Couldn’t do it today because I went to my Dad’s birthday Saturday: Did it (nothing new) (I’m already kind of skinny and have muscle in legs and arms so my weight hasn’t changed as much. I can feel the soreness in my abdomen and my back. Meaning I’ve torn muscle and i expect to gain some form in a few days! This is challenging. UPDATE 11months after: It worked for sure. I forgot to update as time went by, but I would say that I visibly noticed the results after a month of doing this every day. I have abs as of right now and I am happy with the results. trying for one week along with the le sserafim workout (also 1 week) 153cm 14 yo 46.7kg/103pounds waist 71 cm/28.5 in Day 1: did the le sserafim workout - was hard on the burpees so i did only 55 of them, legs hurt sm Day 2: kazuha workout - dont see results for now, was dying on 2 of the exercises but it burnt well Day 3: le sserafim workout - felt like throwing up but it was better than day 1 and i could do all the burpees 😌 Day 4: Kazuha workout - it was way better i think but still couldn't do all of the side crunch things Day 5: Rest day but still learning a new dance and walking a lot Day 6: Had another rest day to recover + family plans Day 7: Did the le sserafim workout with ease! The burpees are getting easier and i need to take way less brakes, and somehow i don't feel the pain in the crunches anymore. Also did extra half of the Kazuha workout since the crunches were too easy. 😊 Day 8+9: I might have just lost any motivation 😭

Okay okay my turn guys. Im doing this till my audition. Weight: 118 Waist: 26.5 inches Day 1: done (my right side couldn’t do the plank thing because of some muscle but i did it.) Day 2: honestly wasn’t that bad (my sides did hurt again so out of 60 i did 15) Its i think day 6 or 5. Haven’t updated but ive kept doing it and my waist is now 25 inches. I have 3 more days left. Edit: so i forgot to keep updating this but my waist went down to 24.5 inches and my weight stayed the same. I didnt do any other exercise nor did i diet. I am a dancer tho so i did spend a lot of time dancing. I only did this for a week so good luck everyone that tries this out!

Holaa E estado haciendo esta rutina por un poco más de una semana y aqui van mis resultados... Los primeros días me costaron un montón, los tuve que pausar en repetidas ocasiones y terminaba un poco dolida. Con el paso de los dias se me fue dificultando cada vez menos, hasta hoy y ayer que no lo pause y hice todo de corrido En todos estos días nunca puede hacer el ejercicio 8 pero eso creo que ya es un problema mio Algunas recomendaciones mías son que: •Al final de la rutina estires bien el cuerpo, hay muchos comentarios diciendo que les dolía el cuerpo, pero según yo eso se soluciona tomandose 3 minutos de estiramiento simple •Toma mucha agua •Atate el pelo y sacate pulseras o collares En cuanto a mis resultados, son notorios (o por lo menos para mi) se me ve menos panza un poco mas de cintura Esta rutina sirve muchísimo la recomiendo🫶🫶

Bonjour je vais essayer à mon tour pendant 10 jours ! Je fais 62kg et pas d'abdos rien. Mon but est de le faire régulièrement et d'avoir des résultats donc j'ai hâte ! Jour 1 : J'ai cru mourrir mais c'était plutôt faisable 😅 Jour 2 : Je m'attendais à pire ! Je commence à avoir un peu de courbatures au niveau des abdos ! Jour 3 : Je commence à m'habituer plutôt rapidement, j'attends les résultats 😊
Tu peux le faire au début, c’est difficile, mais à la fin quand t’as bien travaillé tu verras les efforts et oublie pas de boire beaucoup d’eau ça aide😊😊

ok im doing this workout again… i had done it previously for almost a week but i forgot to check the results n all. waist: 26 inches weight: my weighing scale is dead so i cant say. k lessgo. also ill be updated everyday. Day 1: i did it with ease, felt a slight burn after but nothing much. Day 2: done it but felt the burn while doing. i can see and feel a tiny change but not much. Day 3: completed it with more ease compared to the first 2 days and there is definitely slight change. Day 4: it burned alot but i went through it quite fast, its becoming easy. Day 5: i had a football match and it was a tiring day so i couldn't do it Day 6: Done it again easily Day 7: done i completed a week and i lost 1 inch in the waist but i dont rmmbr exactly and ever since day 7 i havent had time to continue doing it bcus i have football coaching early morning and in the evening. plus i do dance practice on my own so with all of this my body is dead. and i feel like i've been hit by a truck. i will still definitely do it when im free. On the overall this workout was great it wasnt too tiring for me but the results are real and insane if you're regular with it you should expect faster results. my tip dont dome ur abdomen while doin these its supposed to decrease the effects. you can search it up. also for anyone looking to get a slim waist easily i recommend doing the stomach vacuum. Also guys the most important thing is self motivation. GOOD LUCK

Principalmente voy a trabajar esta rutina un día sí, un día no, intercalado con una rutina de piernas y gluteos muy efectiva y aplicaré los masajes linfáticos cada día.
Día 1: Me costó un montón, más que todo me dolía la espalda y me quedaba sin aire, no hice el ejercicio #8.
Día 2: Me dolía mucho el abdomen y apenas empezaba los ejercicios ya no aguantaba, pero finalicé la rutina. Nuevamente no logré hacer el #8 me duelen demasiado los hombros.
Día #3: Me costó un poco porque todavía me dolía mucho el cuerpo pero logré hacer la rutina, nuevamente he intentado hacer el ejercicio #8 pero no lo logro.
Día #4: Ya no me duele el cuerpo pero todavía me cuestan hacer algunos ejercicios ya cuando estoy finalizando.
Pd: Mi rutina de piernas y glúteos: 15 sentadillas, 15 búlgaras cada pierna, 15 zancadas cada pierna y 15 patadas de burro cada pierna, son 4 series de cada uno, pero pueden empezar con una y seguir incrementando hasta llegar a las 4 series, y agregar peso, es muy efectivo.

Día 1 - Chill pero complicado, hice como pude. Omití algunos ejercicios que eran too much para mi.
Día 2 - Todo el día estuve adolorida, no tuve tiempo de hacerlo temprano, así que toco en la noche. A pesar de que no podía al principio, ya después del primer ejercicio me acostumbré al malestar.
Día 3 - Por alguna razón, hoy dolió más que ayer xd mañana será descanso porque mis músculos siguen adoloridos, no vaya a ser que les dé algo, espero se alivien un poco para el día 5.
Día 4 - Descansé.
Día 5 - Ya no me duele el cuerpo y pude hacer los ejercicios bien, a diferencia del día 3.
Día 6 - Los ejercicios se me hacen cada vez más fáciles de hacer y mi cuerpo ya no queda adolorido en lo absoluto.
Día 7 - CREO, solo creo porque no quiero andar esquizo, creo que noto pequeños cambios en mi abdomen, not really sure.
Día 8 - Todo normal, se notaría más el cambio en el abdomen si bajara un poquito de grasa, así que implementaré en cuanto pueda, salto de cuerda.
Ya dejo de actualizar acá, pero lo sigo haciendo. Y es efectivo pero es necesario agregar rutinas para cintura para moldear mejor el abdomen.

La rutina completa o los ejercicios? Si es la rutina, solo la hago una vez, tengo ciertos problemas que me impiden forzar demasiado los ejercicios, así que voy con bastante calma.

Back mussels are much better. First week was a hell. Could not do more than 15 sec each exercise.
Now thanks a lot 9 out of ten. Plank is still a struggle with broken spine it’s a bit harsh😂😂😂😂 but the rest is east peasy.
My suggestion do not try to do all at once with full 60 seconds. Do it step by step. It takes a bit time but it’s worth while. And I do it every day. My coach told me that abs should be done before going to sleep. So it really works I stand by this suggestion. 😊

@@ok_Mia_ it’s been a month already and honestly I can see a result. But I hoped for better. For a week I haven’t been doing this workout because I got trauma and I had to isolate my arm. But go on. Fingers crossed and get keep an update! 🫶🏽

1 day: I do not know why, but I decided to do it at night, I did everything except 8 exercises
Day 2: it was harder, but I did this, my abs hurt a little, I didn't do 8 exercises in 2 minutes, but I managed to do it several times

I really recomend this workout because i dont have diet (i try to eat healthy, but i eat some sweets or chocolate) Thanks to this workout i am in good form i have abs too.Even my family recognised i have abs🥹 I reallly like this workout because its short and not that intense so i can do it while i have period. And i dont do this workout to lose weight but to gain muscle-have abs. I am still doing this workout and i wanna eat less sugar to see if theres any drastic changes so if it works out and i rly stop eat sugar then ill update you guys!

(I’m already kind of skinny and have muscle in legs and arms so my weight hasn’t changed as much. I can feel the soreness in my abdomen and my back. Meaning I’ve torn muscle and i expect to gain some form in a few days! This is challenging.
UPDATE 11months after: It worked for sure. I forgot to update as time went by, but I would say that I visibly noticed the results after a month of doing this every day. I have abs as of right now and I am happy with the results. Plus, I think my arms got stronger.

Day 1: did the le sserafim workout - was hard on the burpees so i did only 55 of them, legs hurt sm
Day 2: kazuha workout - dont see results for now, was dying on 2 of the exercises but it burnt well
Day 3: le sserafim workout - felt like throwing up but it was better than day 1 and i could do all the burpees 😌
Day 4: Kazuha workout - it was way better i think but still couldn't do all of the side crunch things
Day 5: Rest day but still learning a new dance and walking a lot
Day 6: Had another rest day to recover + family plans
Day 7: Did the le sserafim workout with ease! The burpees are getting easier and i need to take way less brakes, and somehow i don't feel the pain in the crunches anymore. Also did extra half of the Kazuha workout since the crunches were too easy. 😊
Day 8+9: I might have just lost any motivation 😭

Day 1: done (my right side couldn’t do the plank thing because of some muscle but i did it.)
Day 2: honestly wasn’t that bad (my sides did hurt again so out of 60 i did 15)
Its i think day 6 or 5. Haven’t updated but ive kept doing it and my waist is now 25 inches. I have 3 more days left.
Edit: so i forgot to keep updating this but my waist went down to 24.5 inches and my weight stayed the same. I didnt do any other exercise nor did i diet. I am a dancer tho so i did spend a lot of time dancing. I only did this for a week so good luck everyone that tries this out!

E estado haciendo esta rutina por un poco más de una semana y aqui van mis resultados...
Los primeros días me costaron un montón, los tuve que pausar en repetidas ocasiones y terminaba un poco dolida.
Con el paso de los dias se me fue dificultando cada vez menos, hasta hoy y ayer que no lo pause y hice todo de corrido
En todos estos días nunca puede hacer el ejercicio 8 pero eso creo que ya es un problema mio
Algunas recomendaciones mías son que:
•Al final de la rutina estires bien el cuerpo, hay muchos comentarios diciendo que les dolía el cuerpo, pero según yo eso se soluciona tomandose 3 minutos de estiramiento simple
•Toma mucha agua
•Atate el pelo y sacate pulseras o collares
En cuanto a mis resultados, son notorios (o por lo menos para mi) se me ve menos panza un poco mas de cintura
Esta rutina sirve muchísimo la recomiendo🫶🫶

Bonjour je vais essayer à mon tour pendant 10 jours ! Je fais 62kg et pas d'abdos rien. Mon but est de le faire régulièrement et d'avoir des résultats donc j'ai hâte !

ok im doing this workout again… i had done it previously for almost a week but i forgot to check the results n all.
waist: 26 inches weight: my weighing scale is dead so i cant say. k lessgo. also ill be updated everyday.
Day 1: i did it with ease, felt a slight burn after but nothing much.
Day 2: done it but felt the burn while doing. i can see and feel a tiny change but not much.
Day 3: completed it with more ease compared to the first 2 days and there is definitely slight change.
Day 4: it burned alot but i went through it quite fast, its becoming easy.
Day 5: i had a football match and it was a tiring day so i couldn't do it

i completed a week and i lost 1 inch in the waist but i dont rmmbr exactly and ever since day 7 i havent had time to continue doing it bcus i have football coaching early morning and in the evening. plus i do dance practice on my own so with all of this my body is dead. and i feel like i've been hit by a truck. i will still definitely do it when im free.
On the overall this workout was great it wasnt too tiring for me but the results are real and insane if you're regular with it you should expect faster results. my tip dont dome ur abdomen while doin these its supposed to decrease the effects. you can search it up. also for anyone looking to get a slim waist easily i recommend doing the stomach vacuum. Also guys the most important thing is self motivation. GOOD LUCK
